Nice enough. Great location. Perfect for families.

Cool place to stay had a cool full food Hall attached to it the room when we got there was not clean. I asked them to clean it several times they never really did. The floor was filthy with hair on it. There was hair in the sink and hair in the shower good location.

I had a great stay! The property was very clean, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect; we parked the car and were able to walk everywhere.

This is the second time I have stayed here and since then they have done some upgrades that has definitely improved the hotel experience. Staff extremely helpfu!

Specifically catered for families with kids. Grab and go station would be great for couples like us (without kids) just something small and quick. Otherwise everything else was great!

We loved our stay! The room was huge! We were very happy that the fold out bed could accommodate our son who came to visit us. Our view from our room was beautiful.

The hotel was somewhat disappointing in that it was shown to be a Marriott Bonvoy so I assumed it would be more like a typical Marriott. I was shocked that it was an older two story motel with all rooms opening to an outside hallway. Although the room was basic and decently nice having been recently redone there were no suitcase-luggage holders and no place to put your bag except on the floor which is extremely awkward and hard to use. When I asked for a luggage rack I was told they had been discarded and not replaced. The pool was attractively shaped and heated. The breakfast attempted to be nice but the day we tried it they seemed to be running out of many of the items being served.

I had a reservation through Expedia for myself and three children. Upon arrival, I was told they were fully booked and refused to accept my reservation because it was third-party. I was embarrassed and scared, especially since it was late and I had my children there. The staff was unprofessional and disrespectful, and the place was not clean either.

The room was clean but the shower amenities the shampoo and conditioners were completely out and I was hoping to use them when we came back to the pool so that was disappointing staff that cleans the rooms should be checking those daily to see if they need to be refilled. It wasn’t a huge deal just a little disappointing since I was taking my son a shower after the pool. The hotel was under construction but that wasn’t such a big deal. The pool was great my family really enjoyed it. The hotel is also in a great location.

I booked through Expedia because my previous booking through Expedia at the Holday inn express was cancelled without my knowledge. I showed up and the gentleman at the desk said they did not have a room! That Expedia sells rooms they do not have. Expedia still charged me for the room and I can’t figure out how to get my money back.

I was double charged for my room, once by Expedia and then by the place. When I got there the check station was down and the line was long.

I love how the location is close to everything we need. The room was super clean and the area was super quiet. the staffs are very helpful and friendly.

The property itself is cute, family friendly and I loved that. Our room was a different story. The room seemed like it was quickly cleaned but not fully. The bathroom was missing the entire body was bottle on the wall, there was no bar of soap to wash our hands (we went and bought our own hand soap) and the worst part was it looked like there was throw up on the wall. The bathroom had something on the wall where the trash was, like something was spilled but not cleaned well. There were balls of hair on the ground near the TV. We our children with us so we kept them away from the throw up wall but it was gross. The balcony was cute and overlooked a super cute courtyard that plenty of families were using and the pool was fantastic. Again, great property with convenient location just not a very clean room.

We enjoyed our family stay for 1 night.

Beds are comfortable. Amenities are minimal and the body wash in the shower was empty. Exercise room was closed which was a drag. Room was clean but there were mosquitoes in the room!
