Hilton Garden Inn Carlsbad Beach

The shuttle to the beach was great! Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, water, and people checking on you.

Air conditioner was loud, bed was loud, walls are thin or not insulated well, parking is expensive, I don't think the exterior doors ever actually lock, bar closes at 9, the beach is across the street but you have to drive to actually access it

Everything was ok but couldn’t get my room properly cleaned. Couldn’t get coffee cup lids after repeatedly asking staff.

We needed extra towels as there were two adults and two children staying in the room. We showered after the pool then were out of clean towels. There was a staff member in the hallway near our room and she provided extra towels for us.

Great location, easy access parking lot, friendly staff. Will be staying again soon!

Clean room, good breakfast options included in stay.

Location was good Rooms were dirty, staff were not helpful, hot tub was cold, rooms had broken stuff.

Pool was nice. Rooms were clean. The beach was across the highway with a nice walk path, although it was not easily accessible to get to the water.

When we first arrived the bathroom toilet was clogged and our sink was not working properly then the next day it clogged and the smell that comes from the faucet or I don’t know if it was the water it smells really bad. We had to used water bottle to brush our teeth and washed our face during three days we stayed there. Even the first night we couldn’t sleep because the quest above us were making so much noise. Woke up at 7 and the noise was even worse maybe you guys should have a policy with family that have more than 2 kids somebody they’re there to relax but it’s not fair when others are making noise and make it a bad day for others who are trying to enjoy their vacation but overall it was great. Thank you.

Parking was easy to access and car park was clean and tidy.

Clean room nice staff

The facility’s landscape was below par perhaps look at landscaper to review their quality. Don’t overcharge for ocean view first floor gets parked cars view and minimal ocean view if any.
