The Cassara Carlsbad, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Beautiful view of ocean in the distance from the adult pool.

Place was so noisy, plumbing was bad, you would hear all the noises when other rooms would use bathroom. Kids running on other floors you will hear it .

Location is great. The staff is Friendly. Breakfast is always good. I visit CARLSBAD Twice per month & Casara is my number 1, place to Stay. I love the LAP POOL Breakfast should extend to 11am

would stay again

Conveniently located next to Legoland . Restaurants located in the property or their are restaurants with in a 5 minute drive as well as Carlsbad Premium Outlets for some shopping

We love it there

Great hotel and excellent service from the staff!

Comfortable

Great property, disappointing to have to pay for parking. Breakfast Buffet is a bit disorderly

Kid friendly and great location. We would return.

Bathroom door is difficult to lock. Did not inform that there is a parking fee of $36 per day. Instructions are confusing.

Great stop. The arcade was fun. They have 2 pools and a splash pad that we sadly didn’t get to use. The breakfast process could have been smoother. Otherwise a great stay. We will gladly consider this hotel in the future.

Proximity to Legoland No complimentary breakfast

Our room is decent carpet needed a good deep cleaning. Bathroom had some bubbling on the wall next to the bathtub. And other regular scuffs and scrapes along furniture corners, etc. Nothing out of the ordinary, but could be spruced up a bit. Only issue was the staff. Our check in process was quick, but when given directions on how to get from the underground parking up to our room, they didn’t make it clear that it was two separate properties and we ended up getting lost in the other hotel. anytime we ask for help. The staff gave us a look as if we were bothering them and it was a hassle to give us an answer.

Location Ice machines too far and pillows

We enjoyed our stay! It was not too far of a walk to legoland, so convenient if you want to be close to the park and don’t want to pay the legoland hotel price definitely a better option! The kids enjoyed the pool area!

The room was spacious.

Had to ask for room service and when I did the person who cleaned my room wasn’t happy about it. My son is autistic, so when they showed up to clean my room he was in the middle of an episode. I tried explaining the situation to the cleaning person that I need just 5 min to calm my son down but they just stood in the door way the whole time, by doing so they created a really pressured situation. Very unpleasant and disrespectful

Superb

Nice place for the family.
