We really enjoyed our stay.

Staff was helpful when needed. Room service was very helpful with any special needs, room cleaned nicely. Breakfast was good, convenient as we didn't need to leave the hotel. Pool was awesome, large pool, lap lanes, lots of free space with lounge chairs, cabanas to enjoy the sun & relax between dips in the pool Would like to have picked our room but learned that since we didn't book directly through our Hilton app that we got what we got. Lots of kids there but quiet after 10P, great locations as well.

After returning home, my daughter and I developed bumps all over our bodies that appeared to be insect bites. My husband, who slept in the other bed, did not have any bumps. I contacted the hotel to report the issue and asked that the room be inspected. I filed a report with the manager, but it has been nearly three weeks and I still have not received any follow-up.

Great hotel. Very clean and beautiful. Great distance from Legoland and beaches. Great for kids they have daily activities. Would definitely recommend.

Our room had approximately eight bugs and several cobwebs on the ceiling, raising serious concerns about cleanliness. Children were also running, yelling, and stomping in the hallways and in the room above us well into the evening. When I contacted the front desk, I was told the bugs were due to humidity and the noise was because of a soccer tournament. I was offered insect spray, but with my wife being pregnant, that did not feel like a safe or accommodating solution. The next morning, we asked about allergy-friendly breakfast options, because we have several food allergies. The staff member simply walked away without helping, so I was unable to eat. Later that day, the excessive hallway noise continued, making it clear our concerns had not been addressed. At checkout, no one asked how our stay had been. As people with hospitality experience, we understand that problems happen, but what matters is how they are handled. Throughout our stay, we felt dismissed rather than cared for. Because of the cleanliness issues, excessive noise, lack of accommodation, and poor service, we do not feel comfortable returning. We would appreciate management reviewing our experience and offering appropriate compensation or a partial refund for our visit.

We had a wonderful stay! The customer service was excellent from check-in to check-out, and we enjoyed a truly pleasant day exploring the hotel and surroundings. It’s a great place to stay for a family, comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for making lasting memories.

We stayed here for two days , we were a group of 8 and got two connecting rooms which we loved . The property was great , friendly staff and easy walk to Legoland (which is why we stayed here ) . Bonus was that we shared the amenities with the hotel next door and we loved the pool and jacuzzi . We will definitely be back .

The property is really wonderful if you're visiting Carlsbad area. It is well located, close to Legoland , and Carlsbad village is only 5 minutes away. The pool is clean and quiet, the breakfast is excellent and the rooms are spacious and nice. Our new favorite!!

Everything was great, the one negative critic of this place are the rooms mattresses, the most uncomfortable thing ever! You can feel the mattress springs. I really hope they change this. Beautiful hotel worse mattresses we have ever slept in.
