Pet friendly. Hidden fees...what is "Urban Destination Fee" another type of tax? Nice to have it right next to a Karl's Strauss. View from the pool is lovely.
-
Clean rooms and very spacious and updated. The rest of the facilities except the front lobby needs to be updated. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, friendly staff

Rates were quite high. For the price my room was fairly mid not high end. But it was very quiet, staff I dealt with her very nice. I think I had to pay for parking which also is a little irksome The thing that irritated me most was paying for a high end resort and not be able to get complimentary coffee/tea in the am. Like... come on. The shitty Keurig in the room with fake creamer is what I get in pretty low-mid hotels where rooms are 80-120/night.

The three beds in a room is ideal for the family. The facility over all was a little dirty especially if you are assigned an outside main building room.. hallway was really dirty as well as the pool tiles and jacuzzi in the quiet adult area. Staff was very friendly and helpful, 10 stars for them.

Thought this would be a more elevated experience than it ended up being. If going to Carlsbad for the purpose of Legoland again, would likely stay on property next time instead. If going for the beach, would stay in Del Mar.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views of the flower fields. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. We had a wonderful stay.

My kids and I loved this hotel, the suite we stayed in had twin beds in their room so that was a favorite of theirs, it was so spacious, clean and beautiful, the kids pool area was a hit too. The staff was friendly, polite and so helpful, can’t wait to come back.

Loved the location and amenities. This is a fantastic family-friendly resort that I will stay at again. The room was pristine, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the proximity to Legoland and other activities (like the strawberry farm) was a huge benefit. The splash pad and family pool is super cool, and a great place for parents to let their kids run around while they relax. Alternatively, the adult pool looked REALLY relaxing if you don't have kids, or they're old enough to be by themselves at the pool. Definitely recommend this property.

Very nice place

I booked through Expedia and didn’t realize there would be an additional $25 a night resort fee and $36 a night parking. We will not be back!
-
Perfect hotel for our family. Everything we needed and more
-
The pool and hot tub were a dream with ocean views and lane lines for my swimming kids to get some laps in. The pool temp was perfect so even I could join and no be chilled. The hotel had good food for breakfast and spacous rooms. Loved our stay!

It feels like you’re on a resort! Walking distance to Lego land! So friendly! Perfect for family’s!!?
-
Very great location and pools are open late until 10pm and heated.

Beautiful hotel
-
I checked in early about 11am but did not receive my room until 5:30pm, clearly they could have had housekeeping staff to clean my room in this amount of time but they didn’t as I watched many of people after me get their keys including someone in my own party. Be aware of all the hidden fees they charge. The overall stay was nice but the hotel could use an upgrade in the rooms. Overall I would rate it a 3 out of 5

Lovely stay, friendly and helpful staff. Nice lobby to hang out in. Room was big and well apportioned. Nice that the $25 resort fee comes back to you as a food credit. Breakfast buffet was not bad - certainly better than the reviews stated. À la carte ordering was better though imho, and a little less costly.
