Room was satisfactory, but the pillows were the absolute worst pillows I have ever slept on. The faucet in the bathroom was sitting so far back. I could barely get my hands under it. We felt that $15 for the continental breakfast and $17 for the hot breakfast which only included 3 Items was Way out of range and the gentleman that explained it to us had such an accent and spoke so fast we could not understand him.

Hallway carpets were dirty and pulled up from floor makes suitcase hard to roll. Bathrooms needed paint n chips on walls fixed. Curtain/blinds not sufficient to block out morning sun. Elevators slow and only one was working the entire stay.

The staff was not sympathetic to our situation and did not offer to try and make anything right with us at all, only stated, “we have signs posted that state we are not responsible for anyone’s vehicle.” The staff told us that the Denver area is #1 in the nation in vehicle thefts and vehicle burglaries, however they do not provide security for their lot. Lastly, I was told twice a manager would call me regarding my concerns and I never received a call, however during checkout I was told the facility currently has no general manager. Very unhappy with our stay and would not recommend to any family.

Place was nice. One elevator was out of service our entire stay so wait time for the one elevator was long, especially in the morning when people were leaving. We felt that $15 for continental breakfast and $17 for hot breakfast (only included 3 items) and all self serve was too expensive for what was offered. We were scheduled for 3 nights, but only had 2 wash cloths. We only had enough coffee and cups for one day. We had to get more, they only offered the horrid pink sweetener but we got alternative from front desk ( should have been in room.

Check in was rude and no free water for Hilton members…no water for first 3 days. Room was filthy with dust bunnies, especially the air vent in the bathroom. We immediately requested the vent be cleaned with first housekeeping, but that was missed as well. Finally got housekeeping on day 3, but no vent cleaning. Called the front desk and they sent the houseboy to clean the vent. He was the only decent staff member. There was trash everywhere at the back entrance. We reported it on day 3, and it was partially cleaned up. There were large pieces of trash on day 7 that were there on day 1. We would have moved to different hotel if our reservation was refundable.

The corridors, elevators (only one of which was operational) and rooms were not at the same scale. Carpet was soiled, and wrinkled and torn, stained. Bed pillows had an odor and curtains were partially off The track.

We did run into a Hilton senior VP in the lobby who said he was there because of the issues we shared. Time will tell if Hilton can get this property in line or not. As it is, it doesn’t represent the Hilton brand well at all.

The property was nice and clean Only complaint would have to be long wait for the elevator and also some guest didn’t remember their laundry from the washing machine and I had to wait an hour and a half to begin needed laundry.

Should really inform your customers that there is a cost for a really crappy breakfast. I’ve had better at a super eight for free.

The grass was basically dead, which was noticeable because of the very green golf course across the street. The 5th floor ice machine broke down 3 times in 5 days and one of the elevators was out for 2 days. The carpet is very old and since there is no pool the only other amenity was the workout room, which was sparse. The $16.00 hotel breakfast was definitely way over priced! I would stay there again as the rates reflect the quality of the hotel and I needed to be there a week.

Firstly, when we arrived to the hotel the system was not working so we could not check in on time (3pm). We waited about 30ish minutes or so. The desk worker was nice enough to give us some complimentary water and snacks. Secondly, the first day we arrived we decided to go out and we got stuck on the elevator. We kept pressing the emergency button but we didn’t receive much communication from your staff. We were stuck for a few minutes with no response. Another guest was about to have a panic attack so he called 911. After getting rescued by the firefighters we were told that one of the elevators was not working properly by the firefighters. I did mention it to the staff but they assure me both elevators were working. After that, the elevator we got stuck on was out for the rest of our stay. They had the doors open and a sign in front of it by the lobby area. Lastly, we never once got our room cleaned, which was a bummer since we stayed a total of 4 nights. Before leaving I did get an automated text stating to rate our stay. I replied back and got a response about when it would be convenient time to give us a call. I’m assuming to figure out why we gave out stay a poor rating. I say right away. I did not get a call until the next day when we were leaving. At that point we were long gone from the hotel.

Didn't like the picture of a pool, since I thought there was a pool. :(

However, housekeeping was disappointing. Our room was never cleaned during our stay until I called to request it, and even then, the job was poorly done and no clean towels were left for us. The breakfast is expensive and was not very good. Overall, the great staff and convenient location made our stay enjoyable, but housekeeping and breakfast could definitely be improved.

    Clive to walking to restaurants.

Not very clean and seemed run down. Only 1 elevator was working our entire stay

This hotel wasn’t bad. It was average. Inverness is a beautiful area, so the surrounding area outside is fabulous. The hotel itself is older, dingy, and not updated. Carpets were frayed, stained, and dirty, the finish in the bathtub in my room was coming off. Little things like that. My room is lovely, clean, towels smelled fresh and clean, sheets were fresh and clean. Overall things appeared clean, neat, and tidy. The pictures on Expedia definitely don’t depict what’s real. The outside common area was dirty, and it smelled like cigarettes and pot, which is not pleasant, so I wasn’t able to sit outside like I wanted to! It’s interesting because parking is out around the back, and there’s not really an easy way to get into the front from the parking lot! I thought that was interesting. The staff was friendly and pleasant, that was nice. It was nice to have a restaurant on site, I ordered the hamburger with fries and the firecracker shrimp, both were good! I would give it a 7 1/half out of 10. For the food. For the price, everything was great! I would recommend to any traveler that wants to stay in a decent hotel, in a great area, but is looking to save a little money.

The stay was overall great. We did have a problem with plumbing/water and had to move rooms, but it didn’t solve the water problem in the shower (too low of a water pressure). We gave up after the first night. Hotel overall was great and the rooms were spacious. Also loved the availability and convenience of the restaurant.
