Manager was extremely kind and helpful when the computers crashed. It was nice to see someone thinking forward and making everyone happy and comfortable.
-
One elevator was not operating. The hotel seemed pretty full which made the wait times for the elevator much longer thane needed.
-
Great location, helpful staff, and comfortable bed. We especially appreciated Padma and her uplifting greeting during checkout. Thanks for a great stay!

Despite their computer system going down the staff handled the unusual situation well.
-
The front desk teamwork exceptionally good
-
Had to go to the front multiple times to get coffee, trash bags, and towels. Stains all over the third floor hallways from someone dragging something. Passing on Hilton my next work visit to Denver.
-
The bed was horrible. Very hard and didn’t sleep very well. For it being a Hilton the beds were terrible.
-
Need the second elevator to be working. Need a swimming pool. And need to stop charging people that stay there for parking.

Cleanses of the rooms

Hotel was very well maintained and staff was helpful and friendly

Room-generic nothing special but clean.

Room was clean. But hotel smells & looks old. Staff was friendly & plenty of parking.

I was not told when I checked in that the hot water tank was broken and would not be fixed until the part arrived in several days. I first learned this when I tried to take a shower my first morning at the hotel.

Staff was great, room was good, hallway carpets dirty and old need to be replaced. Close to highway, breakfast available for a fee. Good parking and in nice area. Would stay again.

I had reserved a king size bed and was given a 2 queens. So we got our room changed but put us in a room that had an adjoining door. Those doors are hollow and we could hear EVERYTHING going on in there. The elevators took forever and it just wasn’t an enjoyable stay.
-
Elevator was broken. Had to ask front desk to have our room’s entryway mopped because it was sticky. Other than that, housekeeping never changed our towels or emptied our trash. We were there 4 days.

Decent stay with a helpful staff that made things much easier

When we arrived there was a $25.00 cleaning deposit (supposed to be refunded but still on my credit card account), a &3.00 parking fee (which was removed upon mention at departure), a charge for breakfast $5.00 each for cold bar or $16.00 each for cold and hot bar). We have never encountered these extra charges anywhere. Is this the new normal
