The staff went above and beyond during my stay. They are very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

100% recommend this hotel. Very clean, staff was kind and helpful and breakfast was delicious with many hot and cold entrees to choose from.

The biggest problem was the manager's behavior. Multiple times he stood behind guests waiting for them to finish getting coffee so he could immediately wipe down the area, which made several people uncomfortable. He gave the impression that guests weren't welcome to linger in the lobby. During our stay, my mother and young daughter were using the fitness room when he came in and began lifting weights in a very small room while facing the mirror. That interaction made them feel very uncomfortable and all of us actively avoided him due to him being creepy. Because of these experiences, especially the manager's behavior, I would not choose to stay at this property again. It was nicely priced and in a convenient location. If the front desk had been the only staff in duty it would have been much more hospitable.

The check-in was absolutely painful. The first room I was given, I went to take a shower started and then the faucet came apart. In the shower stopped working. The room itself smelled like they were trying to cover up something horrendous that had happened in that room apparently. The perfume smell was overwhelming. So I went downstairs and it took a solid half hour to get a different room because he had to talk to 14 different people on the phone just to get me in another room. Then he gave me the key to the new room and said go check it and make sure you’re OK with it. It was already approaching 11 o’clock at night. And I already worked all day so I just looked to see if the shower worked quite honestly. However, I passed out after my shower woke up in the morning and found dried food and crumbs in the carpet and a mound of short and curly on the floor next to the sink. And there was something smeared on the one and only towel.The whole thing was strange from the get-go, quite honestly. It truly felt like somebody else had occupied this room, but did not sleep in the bed. And they just handed it off to me when they left for some unknown reason. Cleanliness is not one of their priorities nor is organization. I will say, however, the guy at the front desk was very nice, but had no clue what he was doing.

Near highway but relatively quiet room. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Property seems to be in good condition and the upgrades they are making are noticeable. Would stay here again. Close proximity to DTC without the DTC price tag

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and well stocked. The little had a blast in the pool, but the pool room itself could have used a quick sweep. It was well used and that might have been why. All in all, I would stay here again.

I love the location and easy access to the hospital as we have been coming to stay for my daughter's doctor's appointments. Our first room appeared to have been recently under renovation and as soon as I got my daughter laid down she needed the toilet and it would not flush. We had to move all of our things we had unpacked to a different room. In the new room there were cobwebs on the ceiling and when we went in the restroom there was a fresh paint paper taped to the shower. It was obvious the room was not quite ready and as we were staying for a procedure at the hospital it was unsettling to know the room may have not been completely cleaned before we went in. But I did not say anything because I was focused on caring my daughter.

All was good except the table that some idiot did not engineer properly. It is a stand alone board that is designed to be a backboard for your head . Almost knocked me out twice.

My room had a sign that suggested the absence of in-room coffee had something to do with saving the oceans from single-use plastic containers. But there wasn't even a glass of any sort for drinking water - which is an absolute must in Denver's dry climate. After a trip to the lobby in search of a glass, I returned to the sound of my next door neighbors as if they were in the same room with me. Evidently, the walls are free of sound insulation. In the morning I stepped out of the shower to discover a complete lack of bath towels. And finally, the complimentary breakfast included a serving pan labeled turkey sausage, but it remained empty throughout the time it took me to eat. At least the receptionist was apologetic about the towels. I let her know to make sure that I wasn't accused of stealing them. It's that kind of place.

Hotel is very clean and front desk is very nice. 24h cafe and breakfast. There is also a gym and even a swimming pool. Overall well above my expectations.

The room was clean, the staff helpful, and breakfast had enough options for anyone. However the tv in our room would not work at all, couldn’t watch live tv, stream anything from my phone. Which for me isn’t a super big deal but for my kiddos not being able to wind down with a little tv time after a long travel day was an upsetting issue for them. They also do not seem to release unused credit card holds very quickly, it’s been 4 days and they cant give me any information. Overall it was a nice place, just small things that made things harder for me and my kids as well as after as I travel a lot so releasing the unused holds on my cards are important to me.

Other than kids running in the hallway, the room was quiet and comfy The trash bags were just hanging on the trashcan not placed in the trashcan and there wasn't anywhere to place Phone or anything other than between beds when laying down.
