Breakfast was POOR. Very limited options. Not good. But the staff was very professional, room was clean. Everything was comfortable.

The rooms were clean and located centrally, making it convenient to access various amenities.

stayed at the TRu Hotel while in Colorado for a golf trip and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and a perfect place to come back to after a full day on the golf course. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend the TRi Hotel and would stay here again on another trip to Colorado.

We’ve stayed here many times, but this might be the last. Every time we needed something from the front desk, we had to wait because no one was there. There seems to only be one person working at a time because there was always a sign on the counter that said they were away helping other guests. The night we checked in, there were 3 other people lined up waiting to check in as well. Key cards had to be replaced twice in a 3 night stay because they stopped working (another wait at the front desk each time) and the attendant that helped me stated she had a stack of cards from people that day that it had happened to. Only one elevator was working for the majority of the stay, except for Saturday night when no elevators were working. Room was clean—that would be my one plus of this stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was clean. The services were very good and the continental breakfast was delightful.

Breakfast was fine, nothing special. Location was good for us. Breakfast employee was hardworking and kept everything stocked. Front desk employees were pleasant and helpful. The mattresses are thin and the sheets are ill-fitting so they became loose very easily. The air conditioner compressor made a loud noise every time it came on. The mini frig compressor made a loud noise when it went off, enough to wake us. The bathroom faucet aerator was broken causing water to splash out of the sink onto us when turning on. One side of the mirror light was out. One of the electrical outlets under the television didn't work. When we came in one evening our keys didn't work anymore and apparently there was a company-wide computer glitch causing our room to be assigned to someone else in the computer. The front desk person quickly checked this out and fixed it but it was a bit disconcerting.

Breakfast was terrible. Parking was nice

My only complaint is the staff and lack of communication skills (using hand gestures to request my ID), not answering questions etc. I don’t know if he spoke English but I didn’t care for that

Had multiple empty soap/shampoo in the bathroom. Housekeeping will tell you they are doing new sheets but simply make the bed and call it good, honestly 9/10 issues had to deal with house keeping directly, when the front desk man was finally able to get me new sheets it was the wrong sizes, not his fault clearly there aren’t enough clean sheets, or the organization of them is a such a mess, they cannot be located here. A/C does not have a fan only option. Only other downside was the breakfast was very limited, and the bread was stale. Small coffee cups only, and the juice cups were bathroom cups normally saved for mouth wash.

Weird incidental charges have yet to be figured out

The room wasn’t bad, but there was obvious mold on the bathroom floor in front of the shower. The door must be letting water through when people shower. In addition, the floor wasn’t very clean in the bathroom, so that wasn’t very impressive. The room had no coffee maker. I don’t understand how Hilton could believe this is a good idea. The bed was comfortable, but due to this location, all we heard all night was the interstate traffic. We didn’t hear our neighbors, but we definitely heard traffic. Overall, it was okay and very conveniently located, but the rooms could use some TLC.

The staff was wonderful and polite. Didn’t have 1 problem! None
-
Convenient location for us as the hotel is located near the Park Meadows Mall, Costco, and other stores and restaurants around the immediate vicinity. None
