Everything was great, hotel was clean in rooms and throughout the hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was nice and so many close by amenities.

Very worthy stay for the price! Clean rooms but a bit smaller than usual. Free breakfast is always a plus. Location, location, location!

The hotel is close to most things in South Denver The bed and pillows were way too soft

Dirty sheets and pillow cases. Requested to have them changed.

2) About half the live TV stations did not work. Could not watch Cartoon Network and a few others. The TV menu said they were there but when you clicked on them it was total black and no picture ever came on. Other channels worked. 3) Need to have a way to have the fan running constantly in the room at night. When the AC clicked off it only took a few minutes for the room to become stuffy. Tried turning down the AC to keep it running but then it would get too cold plus it still shut off and with no airflow in the room it got very stuffy. This affected my sleep somewhat.

Breakfast didn’t start until after 630am staying here because you’re traveling on business but so you may as well plan on having breakfast somewhere else

Too industrial and community microwave, no coffee pots in room not helpful for persons with mobility handicaps. Rooms very small and no room for wheelchair clearances.

Our first impression walking into the hotel was very good. The hotel staff was very nice and got us our room quickly. Once we got to the room, our sheets had some stains but they looked clean. The mattresses were not the worst, but not the best, could have been a little more comfortable. Not sure if our beds were missing blankets, but all we had was 2 thin sheets and the top one was scratchy. Breakfast was good, a lot of variety to choose from. The pool had a TON of chlorine which created a film on the pool surface. There was a lot of things left from the prior day around the pool, so I assumed no workers had cleaned or checked it before it opened. One worker did come in at 9:30am to drop off a few towels and take the dirty towels. Overall, not a bad hotel, just needs some tweaks and it will be top notch!

Room was clean. Only complaint was I couldn’t watch the nba finals on tv in the room last night. No channel 7 on directv. Bummer.

Staff were great. Room was clean. The only problem we had was the sink drains super slow otherwise everything else was good!

At 5:10 pm when I returned for the evening I asked for a couple of fresh towels and the man at the desk said that there were none available! And to check the pool area. No towels there either! There was also a sewer like smell in the hallway.

The hotel was average at best. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant, but the overall experience fell short. Check-in took much longer than expected, and the breakfast selection was extremely limited. With the pancake maker out of service and few alternatives available, breakfast was disappointing for a weekend stay.

The room had nice updates and we loved the shower. We had the Single King room. The bed was very firm, hard, and lumpy. The room was tiny and barely room to move around with a King bed in it.
