Staff was nice. Confusion when we checked in. They tried to charge me for the room when I already paid. Great hotel and clean

The Hyatt was very clean and had a friendly staff. Breakfast was good and the area and hotel was quiet.

This hotel is great! Super clean and quiet. The staff is awesome. Super reasonable rate. Walking distance to a great mall and lots of restaurants. Couldn’t have had a better stay.

We love this hotel! We stay here often! My daughter had dance competitions in the Spring and since we are from out of town we stay here every time. It's a close drive to the interstate which makes it an easy place to stay no matter where our competition is. We also love the staff! We have never personally had a problem that the staff has had to find a solution for, but we have overheard them handling stressful situations with other guests and they are very polite and courteous in everything they do. Breakfast is delicious, the pool is great, and the rooms are nice and spacious for a family of 4 with younger children who like to have space to play. We plan to continue using this hotel for our many Denver trips.

The room was spacious. The lady who worked the breakfast was so kind and got gluten free bread for the kids to make toast!

I stayed for a week and everyday the front desk was very nice, friendly and helpful. Super clean hotel. Breakfast had many delicious options to choose from. Great location, close to many restaurants and shopping locations. Will definitely be back.

I called the day before to confirm our reservation and the staff said they didn’t have it even though I had already paid the full amount on Expedia. The manager was able to find the reservation and said sometimes Expedia reservations don’t transfer to their system and “luckily we still have a room available.” Upon arrival a different staff member tried to charge us the whole amount for the stay even though I had already paid. After a phone call to the manager she charged us only for the incidentals, which is standard. Upon leaving my receipt showed double parking charges for the three days we were there. Luckily before leaving I had the charges corrected. Overall, the property was nice and clean but the headache of booking through Expedia is enough for me not to stay agin. We did save over booking through Expedia versus direct. I wish more hotels who offer Expedia bookings would both honor and respect the reservations by having a seamless experience.

The staff was excellent, very nice and helpful. The rooms are nice except the bathroom in our room at least was ridiculously small. You have to practically stand in the bathtub or on the toilet to close the door. Lots of space available for such a tiny bathroom. It would be a consideration before booking a room there again.

This is a beautiful hotel with a friendly staff! Lots of food options close! I would stay again!
