Bathroom could use an upgrade. Bathroom would benefit from a vented fan. Hefty deposit.

Staff was super helpful, breakfast was tasty, room was spacious and comfortable

It was just what we needed. Quiet, good breakfast to start our day, convenient to our needed location. The hotel is very pet friendly. I felt left out since our dogs did not travel with us.

Front desk ladies were easy to chat with. Love the kitchette idea although we didn’t need to utilize it. Better get a list of what they categorize as billable "incidentals" first, though. Behind the bathroom/shower door someone forgot to grout between tiles. I'd get maintenance to fix this immediately. Your art selection is Dollar Tree quality. Bring in some good photography of the region this hotel is in. Good, appropriate art speaks volumes and raises your impression. What's this $5.00 fee for parking?! Come on. This feels like you're asking money for something which in this part of town is FREE. The unexpected hold for "incidentials" on the guest's credit card is a hardship and insult to the working class. This is money that they could be needing to use as they travel, and taking their money for two days on their credit limit without mentioning IN ADVANCE that this will be done could impact innocent people adversely. Such a result would tarnish the image that you are concerned about building.

great room and stay. breakfast options are great . clean and good location. can clean the room 3 days once rather than 7 days once for long staying guests

This hotel was wonderful, the best hotel in Lone Tree by far. It's super clean, affordable, the rooms have been renovated, the pool is nice, the free breakfast is delicious!, the suites are super big, parking is generous and easy. I really enjoyed my stay and will be staying here in the future.

We will stay there again! Spacious, clean, huge TVs, perfect location!

We were in town visiting family so didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel but I could definitely see making this a place to stay for a full week while exploring the area. It had everything we could need in the kitchen. When I travel I prefer to cook some of my meals rather than always eat out so this was a bonus for me. The grill area was very clean and roomy with 2 grills so you should always be able to get on one. We didn’t have an opportunity to use them but if staying for a longer duration it is a great option for easy and quick cooking. The pool area is very pretty with lots of seating options for breakfast or an evening cocktail.

Free upgrade to their "best" suite, which was nice because I ended up having to utilize the smaller "kids" room, as the master had the noisiest neighbor/dog combination that has ever existed. The ceiling, walls, and doors are paper thin. If I had been stuck unable to change beds, I would have just left. Barking, slamming stuff down on the floor. Why on earth are people like this in hotels? and why do hotels not put pets on the ground floor, easier for everyone. The room was showing its age, lots of paint damage, spots. Every faucet has limescale and crust on it. Linens were clean.

Location. Bed was comfortable. So bare bones. For what it cost you would think the would have more amenities like maybe some wine glasses. We were there for a week and had to go to Target and buy some wine glasses and an opener. Also why does the breakfast end so early! 8:30 cutoff is ridiculous.

It had a very home like feeling. They are wonderful in accepting dogs, very accommodating the most accommodating I’ve seen in Colorado.

The pool was dirty, everyday nobody cleaned the outside, also the breakfast was horrible. I believe they needa better selection of food for the price.

Clean, quiet room in convenient location. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.

2 bedroom suite, inside corner to the coutyard. Furniture in the rooms are not comfortable, especially the chairs. Only two chairs were originally in the room, for a bedroom suit . It took until the afternoon of the second day to get 2 more chairs. Chairs are wood , and not comfortable. Bedroom's tight, no room for a chair for dressing. Exterior r tables and chairs not clean, the grill for cooking not cleaned.

Breakfast inclyded.. Kitchen Very noisy aircon. Trucks park outside the room at night leaving their engines running - polluting the room and noisy

The beds were uncomfortable,

The breakfast was good. I wish the hours were a little longer. I was hoping to sleep in, but also didn't want to miss the breakfast service. There was a coffee maker in the room, but no coffee. Would be nice to have a cup of coffee before or after breakfast. I'm also not sure why the hotel charges for parking. It seemed unusual for a suburban hotel, not in the heart of the city, or a place with a parking garage, just surface parking.

Easy, clean and convenient!

Room was fine. Large and plenty of room. Hotel is dated but overall in good condition. Breakfast was fine - your normal hotel breakfast fare. Grounds were great. A few staff at the front desk could use a better attitude toward guests (I don’t have names). I was told there would be charges for checking in early (even though a room was ready) and that there would be charges for checking out late. Additionally, there is no day to day room services. If you need something you have to go to the front desk, nobody comes to collect trash or refresh your towels. And I never got my bill at the end of my stay.
