Check in was a breeze and staff was great. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchenette with full size fridge was so useful. Probably the best part of the room. Breakfast was just ok. Good cereal choices and eggs, sausage, bacon and pancakes. Did NOT like that there was a $5.00 charge per day for parking.

The room needed a lot of fixing. The shower was terrible. It would take forever to drain so if two people needed to shower the second person had to stand in dirty water while showering. The Dishwasher was extremely loud. The dining room chairs were awkward and easy to trip over. The breakfast was pretty good except for the pancake maker that kept on not working properly. I was very disappointed in this place.

The breakfast had a little more love in it than other soonest properties. A good variety each morning not just the same thing. The look and feel of the hotel was comfortable - I enjoyed the outside area with the bonfire pit. The rooms are nice and spacious. The staff wasn’t friendly or pleasant. I was charged for some thing the agent couldn’t explain. They all seemed like the customers don’t matter. Weird vibe.

The room was clean and comfortable. The walls between the rooms were kind of thin. I could hear other people’s TVs and talking. It wasn’t real loud, but you could definitely hear it.

The breakfast was far from great.

Comfortable Location not so convenient

Breakfast was adequate - nothing to really write home about. The entire hallway where we stayed smelled funky and a fight broke out at 3AM the night before we had to fly out. I’d pick anywhere else given the choice again.

This place would be great except for the surprise charge they tell you about at the front desk as you are checking in; $200 deposit for "amenities", that "may" be charged to the $200, plus your $5.00 a night parking fee. As you may be thinking, you're not going to get that back, despite the staff saying you would. I got charge for $95 dollars for what? They don't know. Will NEVER stay at this place again. I'd rather pay more for upfront charges then get sandbagged at the front desk as I'm checking in.

Staff was great. Very affordable. Bed was rock hard, very worn.

Everything was laid out simply and we enjoyed the breakfast a lot! If I had to say something, the water pressure in the shower was lacking a little bit.

The lobby and breakfast area are nice, clean and new(er). The rooms are nicely updated and were clean (minus the wet bathroom area, not updated and due to old caulking, tile and grout, it looked a bit dirtier than the other areas, but likely just because it was old). The hallways were rough. Dirty, smelly, overall pretty beat up. Parking was a challenge due to a lack of parking spaces around the building. Fortunately we came and went during off times, and didn’t have an issue. Breakfast was ok- apples/oranges, muffins, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, pancakes, and rotating egg/protein options. Not my cup of tea, but kept my kids happy! WiFi was consistent and good enough to work/zoom call on. The property says it’s a smoke free property. It is not. Our neighboring unit smoked all day, everyday. Our unit did a good job trying to filter it out, but our kitchen/living area consistently smelled like smoke. Several times there was also a thick cloud of weed smoke in the hallway (enough to make your eyes water), but fortunately this wasn’t our direct neighbor. I have to believe Sonesta is aware of this, as it was not just our neighbors but was throughout the halls outside several different units throughout the day. We saw them ripping out carpet one day in a room due to the smoking in that room. I would not recommend the property because of this, however if they were to crack down on smoking, our experience would have been better.

Bed was sort of comfortable and the breakfast was at least good. Why did I have to pay a deposit fee that I didn't receive back in full? That wasn't advertised in the listing. I also never received service for my entire stay so I had old trash piling up with nowhere to put it. Also super noisy.

Room was spacious, bed was super comfortable, amenities were nice. Breakfast was good. Location was good close by to lots of food and shopping. Feel like you shouldn’t have to pay for parking that was a minus
