I am deeply disappointed with my recent stay, which fell far below standard Marriott expectations. Check-In Nightmare: Due to a system outage, we were unable to check in until 2:00 AM the following morning. Since this was apparently a planned maintenance activity, management should have prepared physical printouts of guest reservations in advance. Instead, many frustrated guests gave up and left after hours of waiting. Property Conditions: The hotel is currently under renovation, and there was a constant, overpowering acid-like smell throughout the lobby and elevators. Poor Service & Communication: Room service and housecleaning were nonexistent for the first two days. When we requested cleaning at the front desk, the receptionist assured us it would be taken care of. Later, we were told housekeeping only checks rooms once, and because we were still in our room when they checked at 9AM, they simply skipped us for the day. The front desk never informed us of this rule when we placed our request. Overall, the lack of organization, poor customer service, and substandard conditions made for a frustrating stay. I expected much better from this brand.

Being our first time in Colorado, we had many questions upon arrival at the hotel. The stuff was so helpful, professional, patient, and friendly. We were received with a smile every time we enter the building as well as when we were leaving to explore the area. Continental breakfast was excellent, room was very spacious and everything was in great working condition. Parking lot conveniently close to entrance and felt very safe. Definitely would book this hotel on my next visit.

Everything look good.

This hotel is 100% smoke-free, yet the first room we were assigned at the front desk definitely smelled of smoke; furthermore, we noticed the smoke detector was wrapped in a plastic bag. When we raised the issue at the front desk, we were told there were no other rooms available; fortunately, they managed to move us to another room—which was the least we expected. As a mother traveling with a minor, spending the night without a hotel room does not seem like a good idea.

The hotel was dated. In my room there had been some maintenance in the shower and although it appeared to be repaired they hadn't finished sanding and painting the section of the ceiling that had been cut out and replaced. They did offer a free breakfast but it was really weak. Not many options and what they did offer was low quality (scrambled eggs and sausage especially).

The area was good for the activities we had planned.

Great except the TV did not work, which I enjoy at times - I was told it would be fixed but was not for the 3 days I was there - it was a little frustrating but I survived.

Breakfast was terrible...seemed like an afterthought and not an actual amenity. Disappointing to say the least
-
Great staff, safe place to stay, plenty parking, good size room, just off the freeway, near plenty of places to eat. We were very happy at how clean the place was. And no mater what time day or night staff were friendly and always available to help. Breakfast was not so appealing, few choices. Small elevator. Not much to complain about, a nice place to stay.

Hotel definitely needs some updating Cleaning crew can get a little more detailed with cleaning. Example. Changing sheets and blankets as I had the same one my son spilt juice on for my stay.
-
Great people but lacked atm and consistent dining options for lunch or. Dinner
-
Lady at check in was rude to my 12 year old son who has autism. Bathroom toilet would not flush.

Property is being renovated in summer 26.

Room was updated and nice. The hide-a-bed was pretty dirty underneath, but the rest of the room was clean. Would stay there again. Very quiet as well.

Good location in Highlands Ranch, Lonetree and Centennial. Plenty of great restaurants and a a easy ride into Denver. Just don't travel in morning or afternoon rush hours. You'll need a rental car for this hotel location. There is a Budget Rental a mile up tbe road. You do need rental car at this location.
