Great location, decent hotel. Rooms are very clean. Bathrooms are a little dated. Breakfast area is extremely hot and not ventilated. There is no pool at this hotel. Some of the front desk staff was great, some were less than helpful.

In three days, the room was not cleaned once. The breakfast was mediocre but okay. The staff was very friendly. As of August first, parking is extra. It was a convenient location. I may not be back.

I had a peaceful stay at the hotel. The location was great for my needs. The room was a great size and there was nothing extraordinary and there was nothing negative from my point of view worked out well I’ll be back.

The room was nice and spacious except we found trash under our pillows on one bed. The tissue box in the room had 5 tissues and no replacement or new box. There was only 2 towels in the room and 4 of us. We called the front desk for towels and they told us we needed to go down to get them. We did and the person at the desk said all he could find was bath mats, so that is what he gave us! It was ridiculous.

The pictures are definitely from quite a while ago. The rooms were a little beat up. The fold out sofa/bed wasn't too clean. We had two rooms there. I get that some hotels aren't cleaning every day, but we were there only two nights. In two nights, one room ran out of toilet paper, and one room ran out of shampoo. There were two adults and two kids in one room, but they only gave us two towels for showering when we first arrived.

Our first issue was air conditioning, in our room. The air flow was very light and never really cooled our room. Next, we tried pulling out the couch bed and that was broken. It took me 10 mins to get it to finally come out, then it had a dirty sheet still on it from the last time it was used. I then reached out to the front desk, because there were no sheets, blankets or pillows for the extra bed. I’ve stayed at Comfort Inn 2 times and both in different locations. I’ve never had a good experience, so we’ll be scratching them off the list. Its sad that nothing was done fix the couch bed or properly prepare the room for business. To have only one trash can in a “suite” is pretty ridiculous!

Breakfast was a disappointment because there were no true options for me. I had eggs first day but still ended up going else where for healthier options. I worked from my room and the internet would not stay connected to my devices, even utilizing a hotspot was subject to disruptions. Overall it was a good place to stay, but would choose another hotel if I was conducting any video conference calls next time.

Overall, I'd give this hotel a 3.5 out of 5. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shopping within a few minute drive. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The complimentary breakfast was pretty standard—nothing special, but it got the job done. The hotel itself could use a bit of maintenance and updating, but it was comfortable enough for a short stay. I'd stay here again for the convenience of the location.

Room was clean and spacious! Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The only downfall to this hotel was the breakfast. There were limited options and it did not seem like enough food to take care of all the guests, even when we’d go at start time.

Breakfast was adequate with eggs, muffins, make-your-own waffles, juices and coffee from a warmer, cereal, yogurt, and fresh fruit. Several items ran low both mornings I was there. The workout area had one treadmill and one elliptical machine, as well as weights. It’s a small room. There were clean towels and water. The location is good, with restaurants and car rental within walking distance.
