The beds were actually comfortable. Everything worked, although the shower is tricky. The hotel was very dated. It could definitely use a face-lift. The house keeping staff didn't speak English

The rooms smell bad; the coffee machine is in the bathroom where you go to relieve yourself. Unpleasant smell, the access doors have no cameras, nor does the parking lot.

This is definitely not the Ramada inn that I was expecting. Our microwave didn’t work, we told the front desk about it & they didn’t care. No coffee in the room. We went to “enjoy” the pool…my fiance slipped on the steps from the slime build up from the pool not being cleaned properly, he fell & hurt his shoulder & back. The pool had black spots inside of it on the walls of the pool from the algae so we didn’t swim. The hot tub had actual piles of SUDS in it & on the side of it leaking over into the pool. We told the front desk person & they didn’t care either. Horrible breakfast, horrible hospitality, horrible amenities. I only gave a 1 star because I couldn’t give less. Will never stay at another Ramada inn again bc of this one…..Who actually had 2 trophies at their front desk btw. How odd.

I want to say how much I appreciated the staff they allowed me to check in early as my son is ill and they were so nice to us my granddaughter went to the pool with us and we had a lovely time the they gave us a room that looked out over the pool even though my son wasn't spending the night it was a precious time they also gave a free breakfast and it was great it was a buffet I would stay there again and again , I booked online and believe it or not my room was only $64 it was great and it came at an important time in my life thank you Ramada inn and Expedia y'all have a good one now

It is filthy and smells awful! Complete rip off! Stained sheets, dust on nearly every surface, smears on everything like it was wiped down with a dirty rag, stains on the chair. It was not a welcoming environment! No wonder “all sales are final”! If they refunded everyone not comfortable staying there they would be out of business! Invest in your own business!

First room was not cleaned toilet plunger in floor .had not been cleaned the second room no soap had to go ask for some they gave me shampoo to use.chair in room was fifty if it mine I would throw away.had to work on tv.this morning got up and looked there was vomit on the floor it had been there long enough it was dry.the only reason I stayed was there was a sign no refunds given since I bought on line do not know if I will use Wyndham again.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was subpar, the warming pans were not at the proper heat settings to prevent bacteria. We went to Wendy's on our second morning. I notified the front desk after our breakfast the 2st day.

Rooms were nice

While I was checking in my son used the bathroom. There was throwup all over. The pool was nasty green water. Couldn't take a hot shower because there was no hot water. Couldn't get any help from anyone because no one speaks English. Staying there

The price and location were good. My bedding had stains. Saw two roaches. My room was by the pool so it was noisy.
