Ramada by Wyndham Enid

I want to say how much I appreciated the staff they allowed me to check in early as my son is ill and they were so nice to us my granddaughter went to the pool with us and we had a lovely time the they gave us a room that looked out over the pool even though my son wasn't spending the night it was a precious time they also gave a free breakfast and it was great it was a buffet I would stay there again and again , I booked online and believe it or not my room was only $64 it was great and it came at an important time in my life thank you Ramada inn and Expedia y'all have a good one now

It is filthy and smells awful! Complete rip off! Stained sheets, dust on nearly every surface, smears on everything like it was wiped down with a dirty rag, stains on the chair. It was not a welcoming environment! No wonder “all sales are final”! If they refunded everyone not comfortable staying there they would be out of business! Invest in your own business!

First room was not cleaned toilet plunger in floor .had not been cleaned the second room no soap had to go ask for some they gave me shampoo to use.chair in room was fifty if it mine I would throw away.had to work on tv.this morning got up and looked there was vomit on the floor it had been there long enough it was dry.the only reason I stayed was there was a sign no refunds given since I bought on line do not know if I will use Wyndham again.

This is the worst hotel that I’ve ever been in. Thank god hotels.com was able to cancel so that I could go to another that was provided. Hotel smelled like mildew and the pool was dirty and you could see it in the hot tub. Staff was very bad. Only had 2 towels in bathroom just a bad place. The LaQuinta down the street was wonderful and it was cheaper. Very clean.

There was nothing unique about the hotel. It was nasty, disgusting, unclean. Dog hair in between the beds. Had to switch rooms, and the second room smelt like mold. My family traveled there to spend our yearly vacation with family. We are 7 hours away from them. I dreaded going to the hotel at the end of the day when I stayed. It was a terrible stay, I chose a hotel that served free breakfast, to help with our food cost. I went in to get the breakfast, and was shamefully asked in front of everyone, do you have ticket? Wth? I was never spoken to about a ticket, told about a ticket, nothing. We didn't eat breakfast. We will spend the extra money to stay in a hotel that we know is a good hotel. Terrible place to stay, it needs shut down for real!

Everything was really nice the room was very relaxing and breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful

Upon checking in...there was a smell....when going to our room and checking the beds (2 queen beds) BOTH BEDS WERE BADLY STAINED.... we were moved to another 2 queen bed room upstairs....also BOTH BEDS STAINED AND GROSS...TRASH STILL IN THE ROOM... When I asked for the Manager, I was told there was no Manager on location, no was there any service staff to change any sheets or clean anything.... I demanded a refund and got one.

Great Location

The Front Desk Staff was AMAZING! We were there for the NJCAA Baseball World Series and they were very accommodating in extending our stay as our team was winning. The only thing is we were hoping to use the pool and hot tub and it was not working our entire stay :(

Close to our family It was fine, but nothing special.

The A/C worked well. Refrigerator worked well. Curtains worked well. Lamps and lighting were sufficient. The carpet had what looked like blood stains on it. Sheets were clean. There was no toliet paper holder, so roll of toilet paper was inserted into cavity that was very gross and had not been cleaned in quite some time. There was a clump of hair close to the ice bucket and drink cups that should have been removed before we arrived. the towels were extremely thin. Chair and ottoman were ripped up. Chair at desk was broken. We were two doors down from laundry area and there were about a dozen dead roaches on the floor. Glad they were dead, however it would have been good for them to be disposed of. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I will not EVER stay there again.
