Clean. Good breakfast. Nice pool. Hot tub was more of a “warm tub” with violent jets that just splashed water everywhere. Overall very nice.

comfortable bed. the main person I delt with at the front was very nice. Our cards stopped working halfway through our visit. The housekeeping tried to come in at 9:15 on the morning we were supposed to check out, even though we had the do not disturb sign out and check out was almost 2 hours away. Some of the towels, etc were falling apart. The clock randomly buzzed static when close to a cell phone, had to unplug it. The door handle would stick and was hard to open. Not enough pillows without asking for more. When our cards stopped working, my husband and I, separately, had to go to the front desk to get them fixed. The person each of us worked with had not seen us before, but they just fixed the key to the room number we said and gave it to us... caused me a bit of security concern that there was not a requirement to provide at least a name on the room or something.

Really nothing. The floors were dirty and there were fingernails on the floor. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the doors were paper thin. We were woken up all night long by the elevator as well as people and children screaming and talking loudly in the halls see the first steps if

We loved everything. The staff was so nice, they talked to us and made us laugh, even said they would let our kids swim for an extra hour (They didnt cause they were too tired.) The hotel was clean, our room was exactly what we wanted and expected. There was nothing we didnt like.

The location was great and the room was clean. It was very comfortable. We had to look for towels at the pool area. The staff was not too friendly about getting them for us. We were charged $15.00 but unable to get an answer for reason for the charge. It appeared two days after we checked out on our account.

The air conditioning was either too cold or produced a balmy, damp feeling in the room. No curtains only a cover design canvas draw string. Uncomfortable desk chair and the desk lamp did not light up. Actually the room’s lighting was pretty dim. Holiday Express has removed the coffee pot from the rooms. The breakfast pancake machine is a plus along with more healthy choices of food items. As with most travelers, the desire is to have a well lit room, a clean room, clean bathroom and especially a comfortable bed and chair to relax in after hours of driving and either a warm or cool room depending on the season.

This hotel was fantastic. The stay was great. Breakfast was really good. The staff was very helpful. The only problem was the hot tub was not hot enough. The jets worked really good, but the temperature of the water was not even as warm as the swimming pool itself. We plan on staying here again the next time we go to Enid. They said they would get the hot tub worked on hopefully they do.

Rude,unhelpful front desk person. TV wasn't hooked up to cable. AC didn't work properly and wouldn't reset as it should. We either froze or got too hot. No real maintenance person to assist us. Bed was set up to high for shorter person to get in without struggling. Will never recommend this place!!! Worst motel we ever stayed in!

Hotel and room were as expected, I was a little disappointed at no notice that the elevator was not in service and we could not get a room on the first floor because my daughter has a spinal injury so that was super inconvenient for us.

Amazing!! Best hotel in Enid for the price! The breakfast was really good too! Lot of options. It was a country style, which was really good.
