The friendly front desk. The breakfast was great and so was the staff. The hotel was very clean just the ice machines was not working. I will be coming back.

Everything was great. My only comment is that I noticed the dining room upholstered chairs were pretty dirty and spotted from food spills.

I've seen better breakfast Only one ice maker was working. In a full hotel it is hard to get enough ice for a mixed drink. Pros: The staff is your biggest asset.

Hot tub was not even warm. We were told it couldn’t be fixed. Appearance of the hotel and room has a lot of room for improvements.

I had a room with a removal shower head and they put me in a room with a bathtub with no removable shower head and acted like it was no big deal I just wanted what I booked everything else there was nice The room was clean bed was a little bit hard and the breakfast was good normal

staff are all friendly and accomodating

The walls in the room were dirty, there were stains on the computer chair and entry bench. We also found cockroaches in our room. They went into the smoke detector.

There was a staff member in the morning that was kind. The evening/night employee was not properly trained. The room had a cockroach, pill on the floor and trash behind the trash can. When the GM approached me in the morning, when I was just informing them of our findings, the first thing she said was I knew this was going to be a fight. Nobody was looking for that. She was hateful and very unprofessional. We didnt complete our stay. The breakfast was terrible. We ended up booking at a different hotel. The GM's name was Kristine. Not 100% on the spelling. She should in no way be in that position.

We booked a king suite for 2 nights when we checked

Predictable. Comfortable. Waffles. Wi-fi. LOTS of stuff was broken. The ice machine on the 2nd floor, the jacuzzi and indoor pool. They seem to be postponing fixes and upgrades which is distressing. Also, they cut corners on some amenities re toiletries and have gone down to every OTHER day housekeeping! That is ridiculous. Daily housekeeping is one of my most favorite things about hotels.
