We’ve stayed at this Hampton many times. Everything was as expected. Good location, very friendly staff, comfy beds, clean facilities. The breakfast is also great. During this particular visit, the pool was out of order and both treadmills in the gym were out of service. We choose hotels based on fitness amenities, so this was a bit of a bummer but not a deal breaker. We were still able to get a good workout in. It would probably be a good idea to check in with staff if either of those amenities are really important to you.

Someone puked in the pool and on the floor of the pool room almost 24 hours prior to us arriving and no one had cleaned it up. We were told the pool and hot tub were closed until Monday…and the vomit was still on the floor when we checked out. We specifically chose this hotel because it was one of two hotels that had a hot tub…I asked upon check in about pool and hot tub hours and I was told it closes at 10. An hour later when I tried to go to the hot tub I was told she had forgotten it was closed, I was refused a refund and told I would have to speak to management in the am. The next morning the manager was rude, refused to listen to me or my complaint and told me to call corporate Monday. I told her no that I would call the BBB instead and it was then I was offered a refund which I declined and called the BBB the next day.

The friendly front desk. The breakfast was great and so was the staff. The hotel was very clean just the ice machines was not working. I will be coming back.

Everything was great. My only comment is that I noticed the dining room upholstered chairs were pretty dirty and spotted from food spills.

I've seen better breakfast Only one ice maker was working. In a full hotel it is hard to get enough ice for a mixed drink. Pros: The staff is your biggest asset.

Hot tub was not even warm. We were told it couldn’t be fixed. Appearance of the hotel and room has a lot of room for improvements.

I had a room with a removal shower head and they put me in a room with a bathtub with no removable shower head and acted like it was no big deal I just wanted what I booked everything else there was nice The room was clean bed was a little bit hard and the breakfast was good normal

staff are all friendly and accomodating

The walls in the room were dirty, there were stains on the computer chair and entry bench. We also found cockroaches in our room. They went into the smoke detector.
