Felt like a brand new building. Large, well equipped rooms with full sized kitchen appliances. Dog friendly, safe and clean.

Very affordable and great location. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Having a kitchenette and refrigerator and freezer was great for a longer stay. Staff helpful and friendly.

Lo que no me gusto es que los pasillos olian a baño, o a drenaje, lo demas estaba bien, habia cabellos en la bañera, x lo demas estaba limpio y la locacion es buena

Upon arrival the property is beautiful. It's looks very high end inside & out. We noticed the first night that our feet became dirtier & dirtier the more we walked barefoot. The 2nd night we had a storm & there was a leak at the top of our window which soaked our floor on that whole side of the bed. We reported it & then had to wake everyone up in the very early more hours to move to a new room. This room didn't have the supplies the first room had, but it seemed ok til showers. The body wash was empty. I caught a housekeeper & ask her if she could refill it. She said no. The room doesn't get serviced til tomorrow. We explained it was empty when they moved us & we needed it filled. She said she'd put it on the list for tomorrow. I told her we were leaving tomorrow & needed it for today. We got back from our outing & it still had not been filled. We went to the desk & they went into this whole thing about how they didn't have the tools to fill it & gave us bar soap & said they'd call the manager. As the evening went on we again noticed our feet getting dirty walking on the carpet. We went on to enjoy our evening & got up the next morning. On my way out I explained what had gone on. Turns out he was the manager & he too had an excuse for everything. This was the first time ever they'd had an issue with a leak or dirty carpet & they thoroughly deep clean it every 2 weeks. As far as the body wash no one seemed to understand that if it was empty when we got there that means it was empty since the last occupants. Those were the main issues. I love the concept of the Home Away Suites. It was so nice to all be in the same room. I will give other Home Away's a try, but not this one. Also, nearly every time we went by the front desk on our many outings there was rarely a person up front. The Be Back Shortly sign seemed to be up the majority of the time except the morning we left & the manager was there.

It was easy checking in and out. Close to stores and restaurants. The mattress was incredibly hard making the quality of sleep decline. Kept waking up to toss and turn because my hips were hurting.

Rooms are spacious and clean. They have full kitchens with full size fridge/freezer. Quiet and relaxing and the staff is awesome. Close to Walmart and Aldis for your last minute needs !!

Enjoyed the 3 queen beds in one room for myself and granddaughters and great granddaughters. Very nice room and staff was great and very helpful.

Staff was very helpful. Pillows on the bed were pretty terrible. Otherwise, a great stay.
