SpringHill Suites by Marriott Enid

The staff was so very friendly and warm and always greeted us enthusiastically when we came and went.

Great place to stay

Everything was very clean. Very spacious room, we got the two queens and sofa bed suite. Odd set up with the toilet separate from the tub, useful but odd and toilet area could use more homey feeling. Beds were perfect blend of soft and firm. Tv in weird spot as well but it worked for those that wanted. Wish this hotel wouldn’t advertise a bar. It is permanently closed which was a bummer after a long day. Kids loved the pool. Staff seemed to always be in the lounge area never at the desk or behind. Nice lounge area in the entrance. Would stay again.

clean and comfortable

I found earrings in my room that I threw in the trash. The swimming pool area wasn't in good or great shape. The pool area needs some modern upgrades. More seating and better lighting. Breakfast was fair and the was little small for the furniture that was in the room. It was okay. I've stayed in several other SPRINGHILL SUITES MARRIOTT and it was ALOT NICER than this particular facility. The rooms were also much bigger.

We made a last minute reservation when our son's baseball team continued to win in the JUCO World Series. They had openings when other teams had left. The hotel was an amazing price, was super clean, room was great and clean, AC worked well, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really good and had some different than the norm offerings which was great after eating different hotel breakfasts for a week. It was a very quiet hotel and is in a great location in Enid.

The room was clean,staff was friendly & helpful,breakfast was good,but THERE WAS NO HOT TUB ON THE PROPERTY unlike i was advised on the hotel website as well as Expedia which was t one of the main reasons as to why we chose this hotel. WE WANTED TO GO SOMEWHERE THAT HAD A HOTTUB

Nice and quiet. Clean rooms

Dwyane at the front desk was excellent and had great recommendations. Kayli (hope I spelled that right) was our housekeeper and a delight and very professional. The room was clean and very spacious. Halls were quite and the elevators were quick. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and kept well stocked. There was plenty of seating to eat. Parking lot had plenty of spots. Would definately stay next time I am in Enid. Would recommend.

The tv in the workout room didn’t work as well. The room smelt like wet towels. Or mold. Just not a very well maintained property. Will never stay here again. And Marriott should be ashamed.

It was close to where I needed to be The heating and AC was broken there was no breakfast when we're supposed to get free Breakfast the front desk said the chef was on vacation? our bed was basically a rock and the staff got onto me for paying early online.

Great stay very convenient an comfortable

Hotel seems to be on the downward slope of quality. Many things within the rooms did not work and were complained about from other people in the hotel. One of the rooms floors had a section that seemed to be lower than the rest as if it were sinking. The rest of the doors and furniture were crooked and did not work properly. As for staff and other things id rate it a 4 out of 5 just the building and amenities seemed poor.
