Best Western Plus Harrisburg Mechanicsburg

I liked that this location was near where we needed to be. That is all. Attitude of woman at the front desk. No room clean up during our visit. Rooms were small and cramped. TV did not receive local or network channels . I would not recommend this location.

Staff were friendly and welcoming after a long day of travel- rooms quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was great. They were short staffed so the front desk staff also did breakfast and he did a fantastic job. My only negative thing was the rooms felt damp because of the heat and air conditioners I believe. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Nice, quiet place with a pool and fitness center and a pretty decent breakfast, could use some updates and smart tv but over all very good and would definitely stay again.

Room was dingey. Had to refuse first room because bed was so slanted would have woke up with a head rush. Toilet was so loud it scared the dog and woke us up. Second key they gave didn't work. No ice machines available. Tiniest bottles.of.shampoo and conditioner I have ever seen. Like not even enough for two people for one shower. No AC in hallways was being used. Could.not provide receipt for dog fee upon check out. I would never stay here again!

This was an accidental double booking 20 mins. before we arrived from a long day of traveling. When we were checking in, staff made us aware that we had a 2nd booking. We asked for it to be cancelled as it wasn't needed for the 2 of us. They indicated we needed to go through Booking.com to cancel. Called Booking.com immediately upon entering the room we stayed in and they said it could be cancelled if approved by the Hotel manager. Hotel Manager insisted that their policy is a 24 hour advance cancellation....hard to do when the reservation was made 20 mins. earlier. At this point after several calls to both the hotel and Bookings.com, I WILL NEVER USE EITHER ONE IN THE FUTURE and DEFINITLY WON'T RECCOMMEND EITHER TO ANYONE. We are out the cost of the 2nd room that we didn't even know we booked until we arrived.

Plus: Very close to the hospital, a good location for family members who are with those staying at the hospital. Meat/egg for breakfast! High quality shampoo/conditioner/soap. Minus: Pool not available, tub faucet didn't stop dripping. Coffee maker, but no coffee in room.

Could hear neighbors TV like it wad in my room. After they turned it off, it was quiet.property needs upgrades. Breakfast was great, and location is good.

The TV picture was so dark you couldn't watch it. Some lamps in the rooms didn't work. The fridge in my son's room was broken. The coffee machine was like one that you would see in a car dealership waiting room, terrible coffee. The pool was full of bugs. Just overall, a very disappointing experience. And did I mention that the pillows were like resting your head on a stack of books?

The hotel was perfectly located for easy on/off the interstate. Close to restaurants, pet friendly and quiet. I thought I left my dog’s meds there. When I called the in-duty manager was nice enough to go and personally check the refrigerator in the room. Fortunately, I found it packed in with something else. The staff was very helpful and very polite. I would definitely stay there again.
