Residence Inn by Marriott Mechanicsburg

EVERY member of staff was incredibly warm and friendly. Special shout out to Elizabeth who kindly delivered some printed pages - OVER AND ABOVE... Happy to give a Residence Inn 5 Stars!!!!! (not the same as a Ritz Carlton 5 Stars) Room for improvement: The in room coffee was horrible (tea bag style packets). We appreciate a tea kettle... understand that we are a minority int he USA (boiling in a pot was fine) Our biggest issue was the temperature control in the room. Without changing the thermostat , we went from too cold to too warm (during warm summer months). With that stated, we would still HIGHLY recommend this hotel and be very happy to return.

No pans to cook in the rooms to afraid to cook anyways since I was accused of an alarm going off at 1230am received a knock on the door while my son was sleeping asking if everything was ok. Housekeeping never cleaned my floors the entire 3 weeks.

It was clean, convenient and plenty of room with a small kitchen where we could keep things from our cooler.

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at the Residence Inn Marriot in Mechanicsburg (Enola?), PA. The room was very clean and comfortable. The entire property looks brand new...and you can tell: Everything is freshly cut and the entire building looks like it was just put up. The staff is very friendly, professional, and made our stay very enjoyable. The studio suite was modern and very spacious. We always enjoy having a kitchen to prepare late night snacks or odd hour meals. It makes things super easy. The included breakfast is quite delicious. Our two mornings there we had scrambled eggs, sausage, and potatoes. Plenty of everything with attentive staff to refill anything that runs low. This is such a no hassle way to start the day. Love it! Whenever we visit family in Mechanicsburg, there's always a bit of a scramble to find a nice hotel close to where the family is gathering. For sure we have now found our go to hotel whenever we visit Mechanicsburg. Stay here, you won't be disappointed. Cheers!

Elizabeth greeted us when we checked in. I travel quite a bit, and she is exceptional. Very professional and answered al questions we had about local issues.

Staff Daily Hot Breakfast Mountain view Good parking Full kitchen with microwave and bread toaster. Theres only one inside pool. The water should be climates, but still a little cold considering there no direct sun light inside, but other guests was using with no problem!

The hotel is very nice. Clean, well maintained and comfy. The staff was very nice. Our room was great.

Booked with them 2 nights, 2nd night they say they're overbooked somehow and I will have to find somewhere else to stay. They never offered to fix their mix up. My family was displaced due to storm which knocked our electric and water out. I'm highly displeased and disappointed with the serice and treatment I received.

Great place to stay. Not close to many amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very clean and up to date property. I would like to see coffee available that was not all dark roast both in the rooms and breakfast area.

The breakfast was very nice. There was a good variety. The staff were very friendly. I enjoyed chatting with both of the bartenders in the evening.

The only thing we didn’t like was that the pool said it was “heated” but it was seriously cold when we went to go in, so no pool for us!

Had a great stay over the holiday. Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely friendly, the room exceeded my expectations, and everything was very clean, including the pool area. Only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the shower in my room, the glass “door” doesn’t go across the entire shower so I felt like water easily got on the bathroom floor but it wasn’t terrible as long as a towel was down.

This hotel was so nice! The gym was great, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too!

The room was clean, the bedding as well very clean. It was very quiet, and the breakfast was also very good. My daughter loved the pool I’ll definitely stay here if I need to come to the area again
