Excellent hotel and very reasonable rates. Very helpful front desk workers. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Would stay again and recommend.

The head of housekeeping, Dottie was very helpful to us and deserves major kudos. When we first arrived the room across from us(510) had a happy dog the continually barked. We asked front desk to move rooms which they did.

Everything was very clean and the staff was very helpful. Stood here for one night since I was going to hersheypark the next day. About a 30 min drive to Hershey.

I’m a hotel snob and will only stay in very clean hotels. Will definitely come back here if in the area.

But - at tops, this is probably a predictable 3 star hotel that is dated. Clean, practical, did not get the best deal, but was very proximal to hospital where family member underwent surgery the next morning. It served the purpose and there was no friction in any part of the experience.

The rooms, however, smelled dingy. Also, why would the hotel owners only staff with 1 or 2 people during busy hours? Ridiculous. But the staff was amazing.

This hotel has high standards. Everything was clean. All the staff seemed to like working there and were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast! Fresh ground coffee!

The beds are very comfortable, it’s dog friendly and includes breakfast. Staff is always pleasant. This is our 3rd or 4th stay.
