It was pretty There was dog hair EVERYWHERE in our room. It had a pee smell I dropped something plastic on the floor and it was completely covered in dog hair

The room was musty & mildew smelling with mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. After putting our bags in the room went to get on elevator & it wouldn’t work so we had to use the stairs. I will not be staying at a Candlewood anymore!

Our bathroom in the room did not appear clean. Smudges on the floor, hair on and around the sink and bathtub. The hotel did not have a complimentary breakfast as the other candlewood suites by ihg where we have travelled.

Close to gas station and restaurant and fast food The Queen Studio was perfect with a standard size refrigerator… Very helpful

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I found cock roaches in my room. The guy at the front sent maintenance to my room to spray them. But he only sprayed in the area where I saw the roach. Instead of spraying the whole room. To make sure there wasn't anymore roaches in the room.
