There was sheetrock dust all over the gritty floor. There was 4 of us and there was only 2 towels. No ice, no breakfast. The beds were halfway decent. There was a Crack under the door a large rat could crawl under. Water was hot and the shower worked well.

What spa? This was destroyed from the storm. Room smelled. 25 wat bulb. See thru towels. no plug for the tub. Did not stay, please refund me, office was locked. lobby was a store room.

We didnt get the suite like we ask for .We got a room with a king bed that was so high i had to buy a step stool at walmart to get on and off it.And my husband had to help me with that.We are 68 and 72 years old and that was hard.

I truly love this place no one bothers u at all very quiet except for when I get mad at my husband and yell. But man I always have to put my own sheets on the bed. Ug

I would recommend that Booking.com take this property off of their recommendations. Property in extremely bad shape; bad shower; thin towels; cigarette butts all over in front of the rooms. Very run down property.

the worst that I have ever stayed. nobody would answer. the phone. when I called Hotels.com at 2 am in the morning. they were not helpful. I asked for a refund but was denied. the photos will show why it was so bad. No bar to hang clothes. mold in the shower. yes, I would like my money back.

It was what I expected for the price. It was fairly clean overall, it had the amenities i needed, service dog/ pet friendly and a smoking room so I have no complaints.
