Fairfield Inn & Suites Enterprise

Unfortunately, our room had several issues. There was a strong mildew smell. I couldn't pinpoint the source. AT first, I thought it might have been one of the air conditioners but later, I thought it may have been a symptom of one of the other issues. The refrigerator door did not seal and there was a large chunk of ice inside that was slowly melting and leaking onto the floor. They did replace the refrigerator when we let them know. The smell persisted but they said they couldn't move us because they were full. We had rented one of the executive suites just because it was all that was left and for the price, I expected a little more.

Everybody was nice. Cleaning lady was exceptional. When I arrived, they said payment through booking. com did not go through. And charged my card again. Money was eventually refunded, but strange charges have been going through and I have had to cancel my card and get a new number.It was compromised.

Pool was nice but cold Beds were not comfy

Housekeeping still needs to be worked out. My room had a pair of socks in it that weren’t mine and there was hair in the shower.

Proximity to where I needed to be. The shower had no hot water. The cleaning staff was hiding in the elevator on their phones. Our room wasn’t restocked with a fresh tissue box. They didn’t dust or clean as there was hair in the bathroom. The air didn’t work 100% (it worked at like an 85%). The waffle batter for breakfast was SOUR and expired, yet it was still served.

The staff at the front desk checking us in was super friendly and got us checked in quickly. The mattress was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The breakfast in the morning offered a large variety and was continually replenished. The A/C unit was extremely loud and woke me up several times in the night. Also, I wish the shower had been a little cleaner, without the grey scuff marks in the shower pan and without the water spots on the glass door and tile.

Great. Fix ice machine on 2nd floor.

The staff was kind, however I did get double charged. The shower was hotel but lacked real water pressure. The bed was lumpy and hard. Something, I think what is supposed to the A/C was super loud. The room was so hot that I couldn't sleep even if it had a soft bed.
