You get what you pay for bed was comfortable so that’s all we needed. Thankfully we didn’t need a shower or anything but the man at the front desk was really nice.

The shower was either hot or cold no warm. The smoke alarm went off in my hotel room at 3am. It was very inconvenient as I was sleeping.

People where in pool after hours. And a rooster outside our door at 3:00 in the morning crowing. Other than that the place was pretty clean. The staff where very nice and helpful.

Good Location, lot of restaurants around the hotel… 10 min away from Fort Rucker.

The rooms was nice and clean, but the front desk customer service was terrible and she was very rude and not friendly at all. The receptionist that checked us in she had a very bad attitude and was so rude. My fiancé needed a downstairs room because he just got stents placed on his heart and she told us she did not have any floor rooms only upstairs. Then another coupled checked in right behind us and she gave them a downstairs room. When we first checked in she had a really bad attitude from the beginning. Stay was good just the customer service was bad it mess up the business if the customer service is terrible and very rude.

Beds were comfy, three pillows, a nice touch. Easy check in and out. Pool was clean.

Looks to be recently renovated, so the rooms were laminate flooring and didnt smell. Beds were clean and comfy The outside and surrounding area looks a little shady but all was well.

Room was very clean. Parking was a little odd. Breakfast was a little lacking. Overall a very good experience.

I was charged TWICE on my card for a one night stay and when I asked the front desk person about why she told me one was a pre authorization and the other amount for the same charge was the actual.charge. either way, I was charged twice for one night. What should have been $94.39 one time was $94.39 charged twice. The people who owned it and the lady who worked there when we checked in.

The stay was okay overall, however the front desk lady was very rude. I had asked her for her for some toothbrush since I forgot mine and instantly had a nasty attitude towards me. The next day when I went to drop off the key and checked out she was rude again and didn’t even say thank you or anything.

The pool was fine but I didn't use it.

The staff was friendly. I was a little disappointed in the room not being too clean and they could or should try to upgrade the rooms and provide better breakfast amenities for the guests.
