The room and facilities were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good too. The tv and remote didn’t work very well, and was a little bit of a hassle.

I usually stay at a Hampton or a Hilton because they are usually clean and well maintained. Our first room was still dirty with the door propped open and they beds stripped and no housekeeping till the next day. They moved us to another room that was supposedly clean. I cleaned the counters, floors, and bathroom before staying there. The pool was dirty. Keys quit working numerous times during the day. I usually don’t care about anything except a clean space but this was not it.

There was a little mis-communication on the room cleaning it was 4 days before the room had gotten cleaned and restocked but was finally taken care of

Nice room, great staff, my only complaint no breakfast, there is a mini market to buy stuff by not self serve.

Plenty of easy, well lit parking. Checking was fast & easy. Room was clean and quiet. Great stop off for a quality night’s sleep before continuing on our trip. We would have liked fresh fruit and more protein options for breakfast, but we would stay here again if passing through.

The hotel was nice however it was extremely expensive charging me $360 for 2 nights and they even added insurance for $20 that I did agree to. The hotel was nice but not worth $360 for 2 nights.

This is a great place to stay! The staff was very friendly and the facility and room was very clean. Breakfast was really good! I would definitely stay here again. I have no complaints.

The room had dog hair from a previous guest. Pets should not be allowed except for specified rooms. Soiled socks were left with the desk clerk.

The hotel is clean and welcoming with updated furnishings. The room was great, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great, and the staff is extremely friendly! A great touch of southern hospitality on our trip.

Good customer service, breakfast and location. Pillows were unconftable and a/c didnt worked properly.

The room was clean and had more than enough towels for showers and pool for two people, the staff was friendly and helped me with check in and letting me know where breakfast was served and what time, breakfast was good coffee didnt taste cheap. Parking was little tight for larger suvs but I was in a smaller vehicle just noticed it when others were parking beside me.

The bed was comfortable. The spacious bathroom . I didnt like that the front desk didn't inform us about the elevator being broken until after it was paid for. My parents are elderly and it was extremely hard for them to take the stairs. We would always stay at your hotel everytime we visit Alabama, but that was our last stay.
