Very clean. Felt very safe. Great breakfast selection.

Did not like the weird smell in my room!

The property was clean as well as the room. The parking was sufficient but less than desirable due to the layout and terrain. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. I did not care for some of the breakfast items like the eggs which apparently were imitation and the sausage which was highly processed and possibly imitation. However, there was some fruits and other items available. It was probably as good as any other place I've stayed though but not a good choice for diabetics. My stay was pleasant and all in all I would stay at this location again.

Poor customer service at checkout, ice machines on 2nd and 3rd floor not working, air conditioning in 3rd floor hallway not functioning

The staff was exceptional. They were helpful with anything we needed. Our stay was wonderful and we will be returning to this location in the future.

Unfortunately, when we checked in only the beds were made. We had no towels, soap, and the bathroom floor had not been cleaned and the trash can had not been emptied. The desk staff was very helpful considering apparently they were short staffed. The breakfast was very good which we appreciated.

The staff was friendly and accommodating The breakfast was great. Good selection. Stocked well. Food was fresh and the area kept clean

The room and facilities were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good too. The tv and remote didn’t work very well, and was a little bit of a hassle.

I usually stay at a Hampton or a Hilton because they are usually clean and well maintained. Our first room was still dirty with the door propped open and they beds stripped and no housekeeping till the next day. They moved us to another room that was supposedly clean. I cleaned the counters, floors, and bathroom before staying there. The pool was dirty. Keys quit working numerous times during the day. I usually don’t care about anything except a clean space but this was not it.

There was a little mis-communication on the room cleaning it was 4 days before the room had gotten cleaned and restocked but was finally taken care of
