Hotel needs a deep clean. It smells musty and seems old.

Very clean rooms, great breakfast, very good coffee, friendly staff. Clean pool is a nice bonus too, it's 95 today and toasty

Very convenient, right off the circle but up a side street so quiet. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Check in and out was fast and easy. Room was large, comfortable, and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Complementary toiletries was a plus. Pool and exercise room was very clean. Breakfast was amazing. Hot and fresh. Biscuits and gravy, sausage, omelets, pancakes, oatmeal, fruit, home fries, cereal, pastries, and of course cinnamon rolls. There are really good restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!

We always love staying here. The location is great and the staff is always very nice. Breakfast is top notch! The lady who works the breakfast area is the best!

For some reason Holiday Inn seems to think an accessible room needs to be located on the 3rd floor about 150 feet from the elevator and further from the front entrance! Handicap spaces were on the sides of the hotel and special IHG members parking was located where the Handicap spaces should’ve been at the front entrance near the desk and elevator! Plus, they put noisy children in both rooms on both sides of my accessible room so I didn’t sleep well because the walls are so thin the yelling kids until 10pm or later and the yelling kids at 6:30am made for a not so restful stay! The room itself was fine if ya don’t count the fact that there was no coffee pot and coffee served 24 hours in the lobby that was 300’ or so walk from the accessible room! Ya think I hobbled down there to get coffee

The room was spacious. The staff was very nice. The room was clean. Hotel was easy to find and had lots of businesses close by to shop and eat at.

The room was clean, shower water pressure was pitiful, very low pressure and flow. Bed was very comfortable. The wi Dow shades would not close and the sheer screen let in to much light from the parking lot. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff were helpful.

Clean, beds are firm, staff was friendly, breakfast was nice, they changed the options a little each day!

The location and the staffs I have no complaints

During our stay, we experienced persistent noise issues—from the elevator, ice machine, and guests upstairs who seemed active throughout the night. This ultimately led us to check out earlier than planned after three nights. The room itself was also understocked, with only two washcloths and a single hand towel provided. Having traveled extensively, particularly in military towns, this level of inconsistency is disappointing and, unfortunately, feels familiar. It’s disheartening, as this is a brand I remember fondly from childhood and expected better from in terms of overall property upkeep and guest experience. The only positive note: my husband did enjoy the coffee. Overall, not the experience we had hoped for.
