Had to switch rooms hours after check in because staff couldn’t get tv working Went to new room with wet bathroom floor and peeling wallpaper Beds went unmade the next day

The room was clean. Bathroom clean and spacious. Bed wonderful with lots of pillows Good/warm breakfast! Will stay here again.

Room was clean the toilet wasn’t flushing well, the vending machines area on second floor is being remodeled or updated so there was no pop or ice on our floor. And my son was bummed the pool was closed (but we knew it was a long shot on that as it’s outdoors and date of our trip) overall a great stay!

Breakfast was good with nice variety. 24 hour coffee, tea, or hot chocolate available in lobby. The gentleman at the front desk suggested some recommendations for places to eat. Also friendly and helpful. Parking near entrance was limited, but more out back. The room had some water marks on ceiling in bathroom and wall behind shower head was cracked and drywall or wallpaper peeling up. There was no bodywash in bulk in shower but there was shampoo and conditioner. Body lotion was empty as well as tissue box. But was able to get tissues at front desk.

Staff was nice. Room was dirty. Blood spots on the sheets and dirty floor. Room was run down.

The carpet is really dirty throughout the building the bath tub water spout ran all night there was no toilet paper in the bathroom had to ask for it?

I didn’t like much. Towels stained, dirty underwear behind the bed. Carpet was damp. Would not stay again.

Loved having a microwave and fridge in the room. Wish there was a gym. I have stayed here three times and always had a pleasant stay, staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately on this stay I had an issue with the shower in my room (318). Nothing could be done because hotel was fully booked. The pipe to the shower head was virtually non-existent and the shower head stuck out from the wall maybe one inch. I was unable to angle the shower head to my height. It water shot above my head. I had to stand all the way in the back on my tip toes to get the water to wet my hair--not safe and this room was designated as a handicap accessible room (no way that would have worked out). I had to hold a hand towel in the water stream to divert in toward the rest of my body. Fortunately I arranged for a late check our which gave me the extra time to shower before I had to leave.

I was in town for the Erie marathon so it was close to race parking… that was the main draw. The man at the desk was courteous but not all that helpful when asking for a late checkout. I was asked to stop back when the next shift arrived at 10pm, Ring the bell, and someone else could help me with that question. Well, as instructed, I stopped back at the front desk and was told it would be an additional $25 per hour for every hour after checkout time. I’ve run this race several times and stayed at this hotel each time and late checkout has never been an issue until this year when they decided to tack on an extra fee. For just a so-so hotel already charging a pretty expensive fee for a one night stay out of peak season , no thanks! Also, when we got in the room, there was a used bar of soap, washcloth and razor left from previous guests in the shower and the shampoo dispenser was broken from the shower wall. I’ll be running the marathon again next year but I won’t be staying here when I get to Erie.
