No hot water and the air conditioner needs repair

Just came back from the hotel in Erie Pa and we had no issue at all. Only asked for more soap and shampoo we ran out. But front desk was so cool and nice . We will chose this again

Really enjoyed the pool.

Only snafu was the TV in the first room we were issued didn't work, so the gentleman at the front desk just switched our room for us. Comfy and clean room. Safe and quiet area close to plenty of food and Pasque Isle. Plenty of parking and breakfast was good. Complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, and tea in the lobby was nice.

The room was satisfactory. And the breakfast was good. The only changes needed as what I saw would be that the carpeting needed replaced.It looked as if it was original and the furniture looked like my parents furniture from the 60’s..There is one drinking fountain in the lobby.It didn’t look as if had been cleaned in the 2 days I was there.

Everything was great! The carpets could be replaced however everything else was fine!

We checked in for our two night stay, around noon. We were told the swimming pool hours are 10-9 but it was closed for the day. Our last day we went down to use the pool at 10 it did not get opened until after 10:30. Then right before 11 an employees made an announcement that anyone that is checking out at 11 needed to leave the pool. Several of the guest were upset by this since it had been closed the majority of the time. It was also very upsetting because the reason we booked here was for the outdoor pool. One of the guests brought to the attention of an employee that the handicap handle pulled out when getting out of the pool. She was very rude to the guest and loudly stated to her coworker she was about to be kicked out. She also kept glaring at the guest. When we arrived at our room the toilet was already clogged, no toilet paper and bathroom had not looked like it was cleaned. The sink and shower didn’t drain properly. The bathrooms in the lobby were also clogged. I’m guessing they have a major sewage issue that needs addressed.

The beds were clean and comfortable. However, our room door was open which I assumed meant the housekeeping service was incomplete, an assumption confirmed by a wet washcloth hanging in the clothes closet, no soap in the bathroom, and hairs from previous customers in the bathtub. Because we were tired we did not complain, so I cannot blame the management.

The stay was very quiet and comfortable sleeping. Breakfast was good. The only thing was one of the rooms I had the TV didn't work and all 3 rooms the AC unit was very dirty, I cleaned all the filters and front vents for cleaner smelling air.

When we arrived at the hotel the outside of the property/landscaping was overgrown with weeds. The hotel looked abandoned . I actually had to look up the address to make sure I was at the actual hotel. The main lobby carpet was torn and very worn. This hotel needs a lot of work. The check in was fine. The employee at the front desk was friendly and efficient. Our room was on the 3rd floor. The carpet was in better shape than the main floor/lobby. Our room was clean but old. The employees did their job at this property but I would NEVER recommend this hotel.

Room clean, pool is great

Location to state park was ideal. Staff were friendly and breakfast is a full breakfast with multiple options. The rooms are older which is fine, but could have been cleaner. The outside pool looked nice and clean but the outdoor maintenance of the grounds has not been done.

The my entire 5 day stay the toilet would not flush, despite multiple calls.

Rooms were terribly dirty and the bathroom was dirty as the shower was disgustingly dirty. Smelled of mildew. Also no extra linens. Also the price was terrible!

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The property and cleanliness was terrible! The front desk staff mentioned that they were remodeling but that doesn't excuse the lack of effort by the cleaning staff and owners of the property to maintain a respectable environment, especially when charging the amount that they do per night!. To be "rundown" and updating the property is one thing but when you add the lack of cleanliness to the room and property it makes for a disturbing experience. The property owners need to funnel the money back into making the hotel functional and clean!
