Glass House Inn Erie Near I-90 & I-79

Air conditioning worked well and the room was clean. The bathroom was small but updated. Comfortable and a good rate compared to other options.

The room was ok furniture was old . Bathroom small has two hold on the wall were the towel bar was. It’s seems need updating for the property pool was old, sign too.

We would not recommend staying at this property. The room was not clean. Although the room is a non-smoking room. Everyone was able to sit on benches right outside the door and a/c unit. So the smoke came intro the room anyway. It was very noisy. The walls are paper thin and the paint was peeling off in places. You could hear conversations in the room next to you and right outside your room. The bedding and mattress had “unknown” stains dripping down the sides and the “clean” towels were brown. There was no place to put travel bags or toiletries. The shower drain was clogged with hair that wasn’t ours and would back-up every morning. The pictures are not accurate at all. It was a lot of money to pay, to stay at such a crappy place.

The check in was easy. The room was clean. There was a mini fridge, microwave and a small coffee pot. Looks like the rooms were all recently updated. The bathroom was super cute. The pool was nice and refreshing. The breakfast was make your own waffles, donuts, cereals, apples, bananas and oranges, oatmeal, coffee and juices. Definitely would stay again!

The Glass House Inn was very nice. It was more quiet and had a layout that was more our style than a traditional hotel. The room was just enough for what we needed. The bed was comfortable. The pool was a nice, relaxing place. There was a gazebo and picnic tables. My husband enjoyed reading outside. It was close to the beaches, Waldameer, and other attractions. Although not a huge breakfast, it had a nice variety and fresh fruit. The staff was extremely nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again!!!

Great outdoor pool area, with lots of chairs. Powerful AC in the room. Love the family rooms with 3 beds. This was great for my teenager and 10yr to have separate beds. Came for 4th of July, to visit Waldameer and Presque Isle Beach.

Very noisy location on a busy road so I needed earplugs. The bathroom was very small and tight. The mattress needs replacing. Wifi is very good with no password needed. Breakfast is very limited and mediocre. I couldn't drink the coffee and had to get some at a nearby shop.

We really liked the pool. And the included breakfast was so good. We didn't like very noisy guests, right nextdoor.4th of July isn't a good weekend to go there, if your older & don't care for alot of noise.

This isn't the bayfront sheraton but we loved it there, owners were friendly and accommodating, others staying there were friendly as well which made the evenings and night enjoyable as well, just a good overall atmosphere. If there was any negative? The continental breakfast was just OK, had the DIY waffle machine w cereals and oatmeal with some fruit but would have been nice w a toaster and maybe bagels or toast but overall it was OK, coffee was actually good. We will definitely stay here again as it's a mile or two away from the beaches and w in 10 min from the harbour even w the construction.

Property is showing it’s age. Overall it’s fine but doesn’t give you that welcoming feel.

Place smells

Ac was loud and clanky, constantly waking us. There were contantly sounds similar to construction. Walls are super thin. Doors got stuck. Bed was like sleeping on a slab of rock. Bathroom looked nice. Staff was more than accommodating. Though staff said they wouldnt go in unless we requested roomservice and went in anyway.
