I did not like anything about the property. Let’s begin the day before my reservation. I booked online with booking.com, I chose to pay at the property the day of check in. The day before check in I get a call….. this is what the message said “Hi, this is Econology in Orlinger. This is for Heather. Um, uh, reservation for tomorrow, the credit card is declining. So please give us a call if you're still interested to check in. Otherwise, it will be canceled. At late night. Thank you.” Now remind you that I chose the option to pay at the property the day of check in. Why are they running my card the day before?!?!?!?!? I should’ve just cancelled at that point in time. Now we’re on the day of check in. I called at 3pm to give them permission to run my card because I knew I wasn’t going to get there at check in. Once we got there, I got checked in. At this point… the pictures posted on booking is deceiving. The property doesn’t look like that. It’s ran down…… I go to my room. And this is where I wish I would’ve token pictures. The carpet was stained. The dresser was missing a whole drawer. The chair……. Looks like someone allowed their dog tear it up. I go to turn the air on and to close the curtains for the window. While closing the curtains I noticed that there were bees in the window seal. I mean bees inside of the room. I’m allergic to them, so I called the front desk to get a new room. They gave me a new room. The second room was not much better. The wall were filthy. Looks like there was blood on the bathroom door. The security lock for the door was broken, and when I mean broken…. Someone pulled it off the wall. I was so uncomfortable and disgusted and disappointed.

The wi fi was terrible,

The woman at the front desk was extremely rude. The place was empty and I was told the only room they had was next to the laundry room. Booked a non smoking room and it smelled so badly of cigarette smoke. The floor was filthy and looked like it had never been clean. Don't waste your money. The parking lot was shady and loud. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

The location being right off the highway. Next to a gas station for snacks and being by waffle house Staff was very rude when we checked in Room had a used Tupperware in it and bugs. Person that stayed in the room next to us had their music blaring in their car so loud we could hear it in our room with tv on and air on. It was a place to sleep while in town.

The air conditioning couldn’t get my water for the shower to work so I had to wash up
