Enjoyable to stay at a family owned property where it shows. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff amazing !

Didn't use any amenities. Ended up here when the Red Roof Erlanger was a cesspool we wouldn't stay at. Ashley is a great quiet place we will be back to.

The property was like a home away from home. It is not brand new and you can tell it is a little older and some may say outdated a bit. However, I have stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels in big cities for conferences and such and they were not as clean, well kept, and their staff was not nearly as friendly. This place goes above and beyond! Even when you check in it is not at some counter, I sat in a chair, beside the desk as the hotel manager checked us in and we had an authentic conversation. You rarely if ever get that anywhere. All the staff was so helpful and friendly and we even exchanged notes with the lady that cleaned our room. We look forward to visiting next year for the next conference!

Everything was great room was clean

Very quiet.

We loved our stay, we came in late and left early but stayed for breakfast. The sweet lady was so nice and made sure all our needs were met wish I would have gotten her name. We were so grateful for easy check in as we had traveled 16 hours. Will stay here again for sure.

When I got to my room, the strong smell of cleaners was obnoxious. At least it seem like they did clean the room. It was just that the smell was really strong trying to sleep through.

This is a good hotel for the price. They are very sweet and helpful. I feel that there is a lot of long-term residents there but it is an extended stay so that makes sense. I personally only stayed two nights and for those two nights it was very peaceful. The rooms were cleaned but they do need to update some of the windows and paint. But the AC worked great the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all six of us. All in all I would choose this over a lot of other hotels around this location.

Everything All good

I have stayed here many times. This was the first time the bathroom was not cleaned, there was shaven hair in the sink and it was dirty. There was only one towel, no washcloth, or bath mat. I told Michelle and she came and cleaned the bathroom, brought everything that was missing. Everything was ok. Wished they would do better for breakfast.

I Ike’d the full kitchen, the bed was comfortable and the room was nice. TV service was terrible, I couldn’t really watch anything because it glitched so much. Carpets were worn.

The hotel was not bad. Just old looking but my complaint was the shower has dirty foot prints in the shower which I had to clean to even take a shower
