Spark by Hilton Cincinnati Airport South

I have traveled for business for several years around the midwest and recently started staying in Florence. This has to be the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I have been here a few times. Prices are reasonable, facilities are updates, and staff is great. Would highly recommend. I’ll be staying there again!

Didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast but the room was clean, staff was clean and quiet. Shower was really nice—we had an accessible room—and bed was comfortable.

I have stayed at this location a few times. It use to be the comfort suites it's like 10 time better now since they changed to the Hilton.

Took a very long time to find motel because we were looking for a Comfort Inn but it had been converted to a Hilton Sparks after we made reservations and we were not notified. The Sparks also didn’t have a room microwave as stated in original info. Breakfast also was not as much as originally stated.

The room was even worse. It looked nothing like the photos online—basically empty except for a bed and a TV. No effort, no comfort, nothing. To top it off, the “complimentary breakfast” they advertise? Not happening because of construction, something they conveniently failed to make clear. The front desk experience didn’t help either. The gentleman there was rude, dismissive, and refused any kind of compensation, claiming the construction was “listed on the website”—which is simply not true. Overall, a terrible experience. Misleading, poorly managed, and not worth the money. I would never stay here—or at any Spark by Hilton—again. I want to add to this, Booking.com said we would be a refund for the experience. Then after repeated attempts to find out anything, we were told the refund would happen only if the offending company would ok it. since they have never responded to any of Bookings or mine attempts. I guess they do not have to make up for their mistakes.

Convenient location. Did not end up spending the night. No one at desk for 20 minutes. when they finally showed up they were rude. the halls were full of moving trash. I did not feel comfortable staying. I lost the money but I did not have a good feeling about this hotel being clean or save or monitored.

The room The hotel was in a major renovation/ownership change that was not put on the site! No sign on building to identify it/ no breakfast or coffee. Walking around boxes everywhere. No refund for no breakfast because we went thru booking .com. You need to inform people about this!!! On Hiltons site they were not even open yet!

It was easy to get to and fairly quiet. there were eating establishments within walking distance. The hotel is being converted to a Spark Hotel, which I didn't know and this made it difficult to find because the signage was for Spark, not Comfort Inn. Because of the renovation there was no breakfast available.
