Clean rooms, friendly staff, located near restaurants and right off interstate

This is a good place to stay for a smaller $ rate. Nothing to complain about. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Room and grounds were clean, staff was friendly and the price was reasonable.

El personal que trabaja alli es super amable.Habitacion amplia.Lo que no me gusto es la probreza del desayuno,no tenian ni para hacer waffles.Muy poca variedad en el desayuno.La limpieza del baño especificamente terrible.Siempre llevo clorox wipes en mi carro y tuve que desinfectar la taza del baño y el lavamanos que tenia pelos y manchas.No tienen microondas en la habitacion

New brand for Hilton and this was a first visit. Good value for basic hotel.

Some places like the laundry was still under renovation and the phone was in the room was present but not connected. There was a small continental breakfast, not a hot breakfast. Although the rooms were updated, the AC units were not and left a dusty and unfresh smell when they did turn on. The staff was pleasant but not helpful in resolving some issues, like the room smell or noise levels during night hours.

It was great! It is a clean and quiet place!

We stayed at the property for an event. We had a staff member, Paul very professional, very helpful. We will stay at the property again

Huge rooms, clean, new, nice pillows No cups or glasses in the room..... not even paper or plastic to take my pills with..... had to go down to the lobby to get one. No coffee maker in the room.....had to get dressed and go down to the lobby to get a togo coffee. No toiletries at the sink except bar of soap. Shampoo dispenser in the shower was totally empty. Our room, 311, was directly across from the elevator , so very noisy all night. Thin walls.... I could hear every word of a phone conversation the man in the room next to ours had at 7am. And it cost $200 for a 14-hour overnight!!!

Cons: the door to the room wouldn’t close on it’s own, luckily we realized this when we forgot to get something wad we left for dinner; the bathroom door wouldn’t latch or lock; the towel hanger on the bathroom door was hanging half off; there was hair on the toilet; the shower gel bottle wad completely empty which I only discovered while taking a shower so had to use shampoo in it’s place (the sides of the container show the level of liquid, I’m not sure how this was missed, even picking it up you can tell nothing was inside); one of the pictures shows several hot items at the breakfast area but this day the only “hot” item was hard boiled eggs; the bolt to lock the door between rooms (conjoined room) would not go into the hole to lock.

Clean room and friendly staff. The walls/floor are very thin. We were on the 2nd floor and we could hear the people above us walking heavily around into the night. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional

Hotel felt brand new. They were still doing work but it was lovely and updated. Room was so clean and lady at reception was nice. Had an issue with the pet fee, app says 20 but hotel charged me 75. Hotel.com helped me snd no one is to blame. I’d stay here again
