SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cincinnati Airport South

Beautiful, comfortable lobby with plenty of room to sit and relax with family members. Suite was large and could accommodate all of my grandchildren and me. The kids enjoyed the pool. The buffet breakfast was delicious.

Clean and updated The pullout couch in the room was stained dirty. Good thing we didn’t have the need to use it.

I had a last minute booking because of a flight problem. The staff was very accommodating and even offered a late check out to help with my difficult travel experience.

The rooms are very big. They have a Very comfortable couch. Bed was very nice as well. Not really sure why toilet and shower are in separated areas but was okay. Breakfast was very good.

The facility was nice my issue was with the booking. Before driving 5 hours to get there we booked a room to accommodate all those traveling. When we got there apparently the hotel overbooked and we had to pay for another room so everyone could stay. Had we not just drove 5 hours i would of looked elsewhere. But we were tired and needed a shower and some sleep. If you get what you book its worth the stay. But we were told by the staff it wasn't just us but many other guest in the same boat. Which make the issue more concerning.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a nice variety of foods to choose from. Comfortable areas in the lobby for sitting and visiting.
