Staff was super pleasant and helpful

I stayed one night between a couple trips... free parking, decently comfy bed, great water pressure, hot breakfast, and complimentary water. The room was clean and I'd absolutely stay here again for the convenience of traveling in/out of CVG.

Wonderful experience with friendly staff...

Good breakfast and Excellent coffee! The beds were clean and oh so comfortable. The only issue I have is the carpet was not clean. My feet were black from walking barefoot in the room. Yes, I scrubbed them clean and put on house slippers. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I would stay there again.

Loved the Patriot Table the manager had set up in the eating area honoring fallen patriots. The man at the desk was very kind and helpful. Although the hotel overall was very clean and well maintained, the first room we were assigned to was having a problem with the air conditioning draining onto the carpeting. We were assigned another room. The carpeting was only slightly back by the air conditioning, but by morning the floor was wet. The man at the desk wanted to comp us the room, but we refused. Other than this problem, everything else about the hotel was good.

Overall, a good stay. The staff was friendly and let us check in a little early. We were directly across from the elevator and surprisingly didn’t hear much hallway or elevator noise. The hotel is an older property, the bathroom had no exhaust fan, and there was some outside traffic noise from the nearby hospital, room was on back side of hotel. Overall, it was fine for a one-night stay.

Clean and crisp room, staff was awesome, coffee was good

Very clean, stylish, with friendly service. The complimentary breakfast has many choices of hot and cold foods and was well stocked. Beds were comfy and the fridge was bigger than most we've encountered. Nice room in an attractive three story building. We'd certainly stay there again.

Only thing I didn’t like is I put my dirty clothes on the floor next to AC unit and next morning my clothes were wet. Not sure what happened.
