Good for the price

Great place, I really recommend it

I had to personally replace the shower curtain as it did not fit the tub. Stairwell was filthy dirty. Hallway smelled of smoke. The room needed to be painted/upgraded/new carpet. The only thing which appeared "new" was the mattress. Did not feel comfortable walking in or around the building by myself. Parking lot had trash all over it. Had to listen to traffic all night from the interstate which runs parallel with the hotel. The breakfast consisted of coffee and processed muffins, granola bars, and packaged oatmeal. The price of staying here definitely did NOT match what I had expected. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Awesome night sleep

I will list the pros first, because the cons need to be made clear. Pros: Kind staff. Suites have a microwave, stovetop, and full size fridge. That was a BIG deal for us. Now, the cons. The smell. Holy moly. Our room REEKED of cigarette smoke. To the point that now our car smells of it simply for our suitcases having been in our room. We have bought fabric refresher and air spray. There just are no words for how bad it is. The doors have no smoking signs on them, too. The staff told me they would spray the room down with a high quality enzymatic spray while I was out, which is why I didn’t cancel the remainder of our stay. My mistake. I did speak with the front office staff again when I checked out (our stay was only 2 nights total) and they told me they were going to be going through a renovation soon, which would address our complaint. Which is good for other travelers, but did not help us in any way. Once these renovations are complete I would expect this to be a much better stay. Currently, not so much.

It was good for 1 night. Not clean lobby or halls

The place was very dirty and smelly. My room wasn’t clean properly has all over the bed sheets the floors with stains on the floors it wasn’t pleasant at all. I well not advise anyone to book that hotel . I left the same day and I made them refund my money.

This place needs upgrading. The carpet in our room felt sticky, and the refrigerator door had rust spots. The carpet and floors outside the room looked worn out and dirty. The door from our room broke off its hinge as we left to check out. They have coffee, oatmeal packets, and other grab-and-go items in the morning across from the front desk. There was a small sign on the kitchenette countertop stating that kitchen items are available at the front desk. They provide one small packet of dish soap per night. On the plus side, the countertops and bathroom were clean, and the room was quiet at night. Though the property is next to the expressway, it wasn't noisy at all. Also, the appliances worked well. We were able to buy groceries and cook breakfast and dinner. The property is near plenty of stores and restaurants, and there is a hospital within walking distance.

all was neat and orderly and in good condition. No concerns - will make this one of our first choices as we travel regularly down through this area.

Will definitely stay again! 9 wonderful nights, no issues at all. Very nice place and the manager is awesome and was very helpful which was much appreciated! She let us check out a little later because we were running behind!

Nothing Shower was not good.

The check in was fast and easy the room was clean the bed was very comfortable the bathroom was small but good for the night will be back if in town.

Things I wish were a lil better would be that 1 our fridge was turned to a 1 so it took forever for it to get cold even after turning it up. There was also a lack of trashcans in the whole of the hotel. Staff was nice and helpful. Beds were firm. Pillows were decent. Beds were definitely cleaned and changed. No bugs in the room or hotel that I noticed. Great area, close to everything u could possibly need.

The power went out the final night of our stay and only half of the building was restored. We were without power and AC for the last night of the stay and the next morning until check out at 11am.
