Way better than most

Ive stayed at this hotel twice and customer service has exceeded expectation each time. The first time I stayed it was an outstanding experience from the hospitality to the cleanliness of the facility / room which is what prompted me to book for the second stay. This last visit wasn’t as great as the first due to the condition of the room. The room was clean however some things were overlooked by the cleaning staff. There were some items we found left behind by previous guests that should have been noticed by the staff in my opinion and removed. Nothing serious but if we saw it they should have as well. There was a watch, key chain, wallet gift set on the floor beside one of the beds left and a child’s sippy cup half full of juice under the couch we disposed of. Additionally, the wallpaper in the bathroom looked as if it was peeling probably due to the moisture from the shower and had a bit of a moldy smell. The iron did not work and although the front desk did replace it, the iron wasn’t clean and had what looked like mold around the water cap when putting water in it. It also was scrapped up on the metal plate. Again nothing major but some updating to the room and the extras provided would be nice along with thorough cleaning. I hope this helps with the stay of other guests. I will book there again myself but just wanted to share my thoughts. Thank you.

Older hotel, but the rooms are nice and clean. The staff was very helpful, let me check in early. Nice amenities and snacks that can be bought there at the hotel. They do serve breakfast but I missed out on it. Parking wasn't bad, but you do have to pay for it. The gym is just treadmills, no weights. The pool looked okay but I did not get in. All in all it was a solid stay, comfortable and clean. I would come back.

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Cincinnati Airport / Florence. The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was spotless. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the location was very convenient, with easy access to the airport, restaurants, and shopping areas. The complimentary airport shuttle was also a great bonus. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers! Definitely will stay here again next trip to CVG

Convenient

Checking staffs at the time when we arrived were not friendly. Gave us a little attitude. Weren’t very helpful. It’s a tourists area. You’re going to be asked the same questions a million time. Answer them as if it was the first time you heard it. Most important position that sets the tone for the entire hotel and quests experience. I used to be a front office manager with the Hyatt Corp.

Absolutely loved the hotel! Room perfect, pool great, bar nice perk, and kids loved it. However staff was par and felt should have and could have been better. The front desk lady was nice but not overly helpful. The bartender who was also the shuttle driver seemed very inconvenienced that he had to serve us drinks as we spend over 20 mins one time and 49 mins another time trying to time him/shuttles and being in the front office. There wasn’t a way to tip him on the card charge so I don’t blame him for being annoyed. The food options on the menu vs what was being served was very disappointing too due to “future remodeling” so we ordered take out cause the wait was just not stable. The lady was under age and found no urgency on helping us get with the guy. It was oh you have to wait… the towels in the room and pull out couch amenities were lacking but at that point we just dealt with it. Breakfast selection amazing!!

This hotel and staff were not very friendly. I think it has something to do with the town as well. As a black family with three little kids, we didn’t feel welcomed and couldn’t wait to leave. Would not recommend.

Mixed bag. The diverter in the shower did not work properly- I let maintenance know and he had a great attitude about getting it fixed. I requested two queen beds upon check-in - the front desk lady (I did not catch her name but she looked to be of Indian descent) told me that they had no queen bed rooms available and I needed to stick with my initial King reservation. We went to the room which ended up being a handicapped room with a very soft mattress. My wife went down to the front desk and asked for a queen bedroom about 10 minutes later after I checked in and she miraculously had a room with two queen beds. I felt like I was lied to unless one just became available in the last 10 minutes which is doubtful. The breakfast area is extremely crowded with very small tables for two and the chairs bump into each other when you get in and out of sitting at the table. The breakfast food was mediocre at best and the workers were looking at their watches at 9:28 to see when they could clear everything out when the food service ends at 9:30. A lot of things were empty prior to that around 9:00 a.m. the condition of the room was not great with the bathroom door with big chips in it in the wood grain etc. This hotel was average at best and I would recommend elsewhere.

All in all very nice clean place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation were outstanding. I will recommend this place to everyone going to Florence, Ky.

Breakfast was disappointing.

We stayed here one night before a flight. We had a car to return so didn't use the shuttle. The room was clean and well laid out (we had a suite with a sofa). There was plenty of room for us to do some repacking. The staff were helpful and breakfast in the morning was very nice. The price was good too. We would stay again if we needed to fly in or out of CVG airport.

Good clean hotel for our stopover. Pull out sofa bed was uncomfortable but the beds were nice.
