Hyatt Place Cincinnati Airport / Florence

Bad

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff. Long term parking and airport shuttle were a plus.

My stay at this place made me so happy. I came here for my residency classes for University of cumberlands. It’s just walkable like 2-3mins and many restaurants are nearby. This place has nice breakfast options without being limited. It’s so secure and staff will always be there to help us in every possible way. Airport to hotel shuttle is so frequent, if they are not at airport if we call hotel, they will be available to pickup and dropoff within 15mins to 20mins

Staff are helpful, friendly. Excellent service.

Rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. They had a pull out bed for my littles. There was some black mould on the ceiling in the bathroom otherwise it was clean. They did not have a blanket in the room for the pull out bed.

I enjoyed my stay

Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Perfect Everything

We had a fabulous stay at The Hyatt. We enjoyed our room it was clean no bad smells in the hotel room or hallways. This staff was very friendly and we weren't ready to leave we wanted to stay longer it is an excellent hotel to stay at. We plan to go and stay again in about 7 months and I plan to stay with them again and hopefully the same room. Rav was very friendly and helpful and got us checked in and always so friendly to us going and coming and Mariah was extremely excellent in our checkout process and very friendly and sweet. We are extremely impressed and happy we chose The Hyatt

Staff was very friendly, rooms was clean . Breakfast was less than desired . But we would definitely stay again .

Clean & friendly stay.

Good property that could be great. Needs to be more prompt in handling maintenance issues. Spent the whole weekend with no TV and no AC. Ask for issues to be addressed but nothing was done.

Breakfast was just ok

Great easy location, comfortable bed Breakfast was just ok

We stayed 2 days and not once got our room cleaned. We even asked to have it cleaned 2 different times and still No one came to clean it. We asked for clean towels and it took forever to get them

Our rooms were nice and the pool was clean.

The room was very quiet, which was great. There was a strong deodorizer smell in the room which may have affected my breathing/sleep. The property needs to be upgraded. Our family stayed there when it was new in 2007 - not as nice now.

Location was ease to access Pillows to soft

Superb
