Staff members were very kind. Very reasonable price to do laundry. I thought the bistro was overpriced. The room was kind of dark and cramped. Overall I have been to much nicer Courtyards.

Great location, plenty of free parking, ice cold water bottles at front desk (very hot & humid weather), clean and spacious rooms.

The room was clean and comfortable It was advertised as providing 24/7 shuttle service to the airport which was one main reason I booked there. But upon arrival I found that was not true and had to make other arrangements to get to the airport for a 6:45 am flight.

Our hostess Karen was incredibly kind to us, setting us up very short notice!

According to my booking and what I was charged for each room was almost $ 20.00 more per room. The overcharge and one of the rooms not being ready when we arrived.

Very pleased with our overnight stay. The desk clerk, Justin, was very helpful with suggestions for local restaurants and directions to our event. Our room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and well kept. Sleeping was comfortable. Price was great! The Booking.com website indicates breakfast available. However, breakfast is not included in the stay.

We had my 92 year old father in law with us and the toilets are very low with no grab bars anywhere in the bathroom. Fortunately, he thought ahead and opened the closet door outside the bathroom so he had a handle to grab a hold of.

This type of hotel usually offers free coffee or breakfast. Not this place. Breakfast was available to order, which was okay. But even coffee, no free coffee, you had to order it at the bar area. Just seemed like other hotels offer more for the same price. The hotel was updated at some point, but it still looked dated in many places.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Food excellent at the bar.

The guys at the front desk are awesome — always going the extra mile without even being asked. Super helpful and friendly every time. Can't say enough good things about them!
