La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cincinnati Airpt Florence

For someone who can’t eat dairy or wheat, there was the option of powdered scrambled eggs, Quaker oatmeal packets, and oranges for breakfast. There was also sausage but I’m not sure what was in those.

Nice affordable convenient stay

Friendly staff. Breakfast was good and they ensured all foods were stocked. Rooms clean and quiet. Air Conditioning was good and cooled room nicely. Comfortable bed. Will be our go-to hotel when in Cincinnati for sure!

If you stay here ensure you are on the 4th floor - we were on 3 & had people, perhaps children running around until 11:20 pm, when I called the front desk to complain about this noise issue, I was rudely informed from the desk person " at least it's not 3:30 in the morning ". Stupid people work here the noise did taper off 30 min after the call. The next night was not as bad, but noticeable through the cheap built floors they have. Hot tub was not hot at all, they need to replace a circulator pump for full flow & turn up the thermostat to 102, I've had 40 years in building operations & the pump & motor might be 1k to replace. Very cheap spending on operations side. The housekeeping staff was friendly, but 4 days there they did not enter room to replace any facecloths, only 2 upon arrival. We left after the 3rd day. This place needs new management & employees fired. Rooms were nice AC worked fine, only had coffee in the morning from the breakfast bar area. I would seriously consider spending your hard-earned money somewhere else, as my case retirement money, not well spent. I will not return for a stay; I'd rather sleep in my car! Big disappointment.

Had pool and hot tub The pool needs to be couple degrees warmer even in summer. Indoor pools stay colder. Older people enjoy swimming but cant take cold water.

At check in after prepaying via Expedia for my stay they charge a $50.00 fee at the hotel. The room was clean but smelled musty. The bed and sheets was amazing. The location was good too. The pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was way too hot. Breakfast was fair. Biscuits and gravy was good. Eggs weren't so good. Waffles were ok. Plenty of coffee. Needed a bigger variety of Danish and cinnamon rolls the muffins were stale so was the bread. Juice was good. Not a lot of parking. Over all it was okay.

The stay was good but I ended up being charged 2 times for the one night I stayed!

Mikey went out of his way to accommodate my mother in law for her shower. Then I was there when he had people that were complaining very rudely and he held his composure very well.

Great place to stay! Very Courteous people work here.

Clean and breakfast Nothing

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean.

The hotel was very clean and well put together When I first arrived I had ordered a supreme room with a kitchen but when I arrived it wasn’t none available then when I was leaving, I had to wait for my ride and then and they was trying to lowkey rush me out

There seems to have been black mold in the room due to water damage in the ceiling. Other than that, great but peeps with asthma may want to avoid.
