It was OK. Room was large.

There is a very odd smell in the entire building, the first day it smelled like ammonia/cat pee and the second day it smelled more like scented kitty litter. The room itself had a very strong smell also but it was slightly more tolerable. To me, this made the place seem dirty although it looked clean, because why would it smell like that? The AC in our room didn’t work well and when we awoke in the morning the floor was soaked for about three feet all around it and we’re lucky we hadn’t left any of our bags there. When we mentioned it to front desk we were met with a theatrical “again? We thought we fixed that” making it clear that they knew they hadn’t. Overall it was just an okay stay- very small shampoo and conditioner where many hotels now have large dispensers attached to the shower wall, extremely slippery poolside floor, the treadmill didn’t work in the exercise room which was very disappointing to my tween. I wouldn’t stay there again but we survived.

The room was clean and everyone was very kind and helpful.

The rooms were clean,staffs were nice and accommodating, Breakfast was good. It is a nice place to stay for the short period and love the fact that it was close to my school. The only downside is the WiFi did not have good signal in the room I stayed in. I would have given them a full 5 star.

Everything was well organized.

The eggs were luke warm at best. The waffle was good.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Quaint older hotel but very well maintained and clean.

Very pleased with our visit, it was very comfortable and clean.Breakfast was good and the older Lady that cleans the rooms was very pleasant !! I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing to book. Pool and workout room on site and close to plenty of restaurants and shopping

Beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean, loved the free parking!! Also, the staff were very nice and friendly and helpful!! Will definitely stay here again next year for the festival!!

Excellent location

The room was needing some repair on the ceiling showing some wear and tear. The shower and sink area was perfect. Beautiful new fixtures great bed. There was some wear and tear about the property. It was also a little pricey for the relative condition of the property.

We were very, very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We have stayed at many hotels and this one was as nice as other much more expensive hotels in the area. The suite and the shower were spacious, the bed comfortable, and the kitchen was just the right size.

We stayed there while attending the Cincinnati Music Festival July 2026.

This property is older than I thought. For an example the air conditioner barely worked in my room. In the bathroom it had like a sewer smell. There was only 1 slow old elevator. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean. This hotel needs to be renovated.
