La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cincinnati Airpt Florence

Room was in excellent shape. Only complaint was the people on floor above us had child/children that ran around the room or jumped off the bed ALL afternoon. We finally called the front desk about 5/6 pm to complain and it stopped for a while but continued off/on till 9 pm. However, we did not recall the front desk. Front desk personnel were extremely helpful during our stay providing shuttle service and computer assistance.

Pool was too cool to enjoy and whirlpool was just that -- the water circulated around but there were no massaging airbubbles for a true spa experience. The room was very spacious and we appreciated the kitchen area nd living room, especially the couch. The shower was also quite good.

When we arrived there was leftover food sitting out in our room. The staff did not have any other rooms available, but they were very helpful to clean everything up for us.

One of the best stays I've had! I loved how clean and how new everything was! Best quality stay! Clean and all!

The room was great. The place was clean and quiet. The hot tub does work, but only with 3 jets. The pool was not heated. We'd stay again. There was a lot to do nearby.

The free hot breakfast was good. The hotel had plenty of restaurants and stores close by. Located very close to I-75 which was convenient but noisy from the trucks on the interstate at night.

When did La Quinta start letting there hotels get so run down. Bathroom had mold in the corners, Supposed pillow top beds were hard. The walls in the room were dirty. Staff on second day were unfriendly and acted like I was interrupting there day. Toilet was loose and moved around when you sat down on it.

Had to cancel at property. Listing said that airport shuttle was available and was not. Had 4:30 flight and had to use another hotel because of handicap travelers

Nothing perfect

We didn’t like the breakfast at all. Other than that it was good.

Air conditioning was not working well. Not cooling at 66

i paid $111 for both rooms back to back nights and the first night the room was nice for the price it had a couch a perfect working shower and a/c the second night for the same price was a much smaller room no couch the shower had bad water pressure and the a/c struggled, also the tv channels were somehow worse in the second room

I did not like how there was never someone up front when I needed something. There was no number to call the front desk and if you wanted to buy a drink or a snack or get a pool towels you had to go to the front desk. The toilet needs to be looked at because the motor kept running for a long time and would not let you flush for a while unless you pulled up on the handle right after flushing it. I noticed that breakfast closes at 9:00 and I think that is too early and you should be able to sleep in and get breakfast.

The entire facility was very clean and friendly staff, breakfast was good, could have improve on the eggs, overall, the place was very nice, I will recommend and there here again.

Like other LaQuinta hotels we’ve stayed at the maintenance is inconsistent. It’s hit or miss. For 1 night it will do. Don’t expect much, other than it’s decent place to sleep. Not winning any great service awards.

We were just there long enough to sleep and breakfast. A good night sleep and clean. Breakfast was good. And choices were good. We had a pickey eater, and a healthy eater and both were satisfied

For what we paid, I expected more quality. The room heater was held up by a 2x4 propped up underneath it. Breakfast was cold.
