Staff was great and very helpful. Biggest problem was the people and partying in the parking lot late into the night. Kinda felt like the hotel should have fixed the situation but other than that no bugs so it was an ok stay

The workers are very nice The roaches, the key cards not working the internet not working the fact I reserved two beds and was only given one, not being able to check in on time because the internet was down and there really horrible smell along with trash in the stairwells definitely will never stay again and I’m fact left after just one night because I refuse to bring a cock roach infestation home with me.

Night staff was nice. We booked a non smoking room and when we arrived we got told only smoking rooms were available. Every hotel was booked in the area so we decided we had to stay and took the room. Upon entering the room was disgusting. Fridge had rust all over it, stained sheets. we got put into a second smoking room that was slightly cleaner. We were offered no refund at all and the experience was gross.

Nothing It was awful, the entire place smells like smoke even though it is smoke free. The room deadbolt wouldn’t lock all the way. I didn’t feel safe staying there either my children and we left after 20 minutes.

Did not realize they provided nothing to help cook. No soaps, napkins, coffee maker, kitchen towel. Provided packages to rent kitchen stuff.

They were all rude locked me out of my room for hours before anyone would help me , had too call the police too get my things out of my room

Called us and said we didn't have a reservation and told us to get out, we went down to desk and showed them the receipt of purchase.they found the reservation for our stay.

There was a “mandatory room inspection” twice during our stay which was a mild intrusion but nothing that caused any real problems. We were able to get cleaning supplies to sweep the floors and clean up the room as we wanted as there were no housekeeping services during our stay. There were pets in the building and several people appear to live here for months at a time and neither caused us any issue. Everyone was kind and kept their animals under control. If we needed to be in town for an extended period of time I would consider staying again but for a shorter stay we would likely stay somewhere with more amenities and housekeeping.
