Amazing! Bed was so comfortable, room was clean and smelled good. The staff were really nice!!

Nothing. Terrible stay!!! There was a real human at the front desk that was not allowed to check me in. I could not understand verbally the guy on the computer they want you to use to check in. And then there was people just laying around on the second floor adults chatting loudly on there phone. Our room SMELLED like smoke. So if you have allergies do not stay. And if you are handicap. No elevator. They do not LIKE handicap people. The robot PEOPLE check in people do not speak English well, i recommend do not stay here if you hate you clothes smelling LIKE SMOKE, if you are an elder or handicap and only speak English.

It was dirty. There’s no one at the front desk. You check in at a teleprompter. Beds were small, and broken. Frames for the beds were queen but the mattress was a full. Metal sticking out on the sides. Tub wouldn’t drain. Outlets were broken so nothing stay d plugged in.

. Found bed bugs in both of our beds. Went to tell desk clerk and was asked what they should do about it. No apologies. Seemed like they were not surprised by this.

Easy to go breakfast

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. The room wasnt vacuumed, The walls had cobwebs. There was something spelled on the wall and the bathroom door. The towel for you to step on was dirty from previous people. My comforter smelled clean but had big stains on it. There was trash and boxes down every hallway just sitting there. The lobby had a leak in the ceiling dripping onto the seats.

Renovations needed. Broken window shade. Patch of carpet missing. Walls needed paint. Walls were plastered but needed finished. Pillows needed an upgrade. Breakfast offering did not accommodate a vegan diet. Just a very tired room. Will not stay at that location again. Did not interact with a staff member during stay nor see one when leaving and only stayed two nights of a three night booking.

The hotel is old and it smelled. Our room smelled like a cross of musty old butt and an old bowling alley. You had to check in at a kiosk with a person on the other end. And for breakfast, they did not have any napkins for the very few items they did have. They obviously do surge pricing because a guy came in to get a room for one night and they want to charge him over $500 for the evening. One good positive was there was no bedbugs. The staff that we did interact with in person were very nice and accommodating.

Mold on ceilings and stains on ceiling and bedspread. Had to change rooms.

The building is run down and out of date. Tele check in was weird and took forever. Pool closed. Maintenance was going on, so open buckets of paint sitting around...not being used, parts lying in hallways, etc. The TV was super glitchy and pixellated...could barely get a whole picture. The phone in room was not hooked up to anything, so it was just a fake phone. There was a used, opened bar of soap at sink when we checked in. The toilet sink was falling off. There was a shampoo and conditioner dispenser in shower. It was broken, so a bottle was just sitting in the bath tub. The air conditioner would not turn off no matter what we set it on, so we froze to death. Continental breakfast was non existent...everything was broken. They claim to be 10 minute drive to downtown, but it was way longer. Definitely not worth the price.

In desperate need of updates and a deep cleaning.

Avoid, smoke detector in room has no batteries. Sitting on the nightstand. Smells musty, drain in bathroom sink didn’t work. Room wasn’t ready at check in. Needs many repairs. Very old and dated. Common areas were not clean. Overall not a good experience.

Good place to stay over

I do not recommend this place to stay. Dirty and poorly maintained property. Plz avoid this hotel.

The breakfast is blah. I am gluten free and lactose intolerant. Breakfast was sausage gravy, biscuits, waffles (which my husband never got because the line to make them was long), bagels and muffins. So, no breakfast for me. Even if they had eggs and some kind of meat, I would have been good. Other Quality Inns have hard boiled eggs. Not here. It looks like they are doing some remodeling. Unfortunately, they are not starting on the rooms. The rooms need many updates including the beds. Worse sleep!

The pool was not usable. The room smelled musty. There were ceiling titled with water stains everywhere

There is a pool, we didnt use it. Small hot breakfast we chose waffles. Staying to access airport. Prob will use the location in the future.

Room was very dirty. We could not shower because there was no soap. Some light switches/lights did not work. Thankfully the stay was inexpensive or I would've been more upset. Beds were comfortable surprisingly.
