Many small items - A/C cover came loose (I bumped it); gnats in the room; bathtub drain extremely slow draining; sink faucet very slow water and spitting; no drain plug; WiFi said it was connected but no login screen or connection with Internet; no one at desk at check-in (used the kiosk); no one at desk at check-out to give the list of items; only one ramp at entrance for rollerboard luggage.

Not cleaning service for all 3 days This property is so bad it’s needs cleaning and they must change everything in bedrooms, everything looks old and dirty

During check-in, the virtual representative told me to wait a couple of minutes and said someone would call me. I waited approximately 25–40 minutes in the lobby, but nobody contacted me. I eventually went back to the screen and was told my room was ready. The hotel also had an unpleasant smell. My room had a large jacuzzi, but the taps had been removed and it was marked out of service. I was told all rooms have jacuzzis but they are currently broken. The bathroom floor was dirty, I found hair on my towel and in my bed, the toilet seat was dirty, and part of the floor was damaged. I reported these issues to Expedia, and when Expedia contacted the hotel, the hotel claimed I was lying. I was also told there is always someone named David at the front desk, but no one was there when I arrived. My main concern is the privacy and security of my government-issued ID and why this process requires sending it to another country.

The room stinks. Had to ask for air freshener. There was spider webs on the walls. I saw a spider also. Old furniture. Had to buy some candles to make the room smells decent.

Property is clean and neat In the lobby area. Was different than we met with a kiosk with the person on the screen instead of a real person, checking us in .When we got into our room, the bed was unmade. Somebody had peed in the toilet pillows were on the floor. The room had a stinky smell.

breakfast is ok i have changed three rooms key doesnot open 264 room, 270 room was not cleaned , 272 room has dog smell...

The front desk lady seemed stressed out resulting in avoiding guests and rude dismissal when approached.
