No protein in breakfast

The rooms were clean and breakfast was kept stocked but the building needs updating.

Everything as expected. No negative surprises.

The room was nice and clean and welcoming. Plenty of room and lighting. The bed was very comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. The breakfast included was an excellent touch as we were able to just go downstairs to get our day started. Would come here again. Highly recommend! There isn't anything we had an issue with. We had a very pleasant stay. I only wish we had gotten to the hotel sooner as to enjoy their outdoor pool. Maybe next time!

The location was the only thing positive about my stay. However, there are other hotels nearby that I would choose the next time. I didn't like that i requested a first floor room for a disabled person and was given a second floor room that was the furthest room from the elevator. The door to the room was extremely difficult to open as it was tight against the carpet. The room was a room for pets. The carpet was beyond dirty. My feet and socks were black from walking on the carpet. The towels were small and very thin. Bed pillows were small and lumpy. The lighting in the room was poor and only a select few electric outlets worked.

The room was not well insulated. We could hear every single plane and highway traffic. Bathroom was not thoroughly clean and yuck was along the floor and wall. Breakfast was only cereal and waffles. No eggs or meat. No juice.
-
The bathroom floor had hair on it, a bug crawling, sink and tub were gross. Check for more bugs in bed and carpet. Fortunately, the sheets looked clean. Would NOT recommend.
-
Bed sheets were stained, hair all over the comforter. Room smelt of mold/mildew and cigarettes despite being a non smoking room. There were bugs in the corners of the room, bathroom was unclean. I’m not sure who’s giving good ratings on here for this hotel-but after staying there, they have to be fake. The only positive was their check in receptionist was super nice.

The beds were not super comfortable and the entry light did not work when I flipped the switch. Breakfast provided was minimal, and the vending machine cost $10 to get a protein shake. The motel is near the airport, so there was quite a bit of aircraft noise as well. It is a less expensive place to stay and I suppose all those reasons make sense. Not terrible, but not the best hotel experience I’ve had.

Got there at about 2:30pm and asked if rooms were ready and told the front desk person that if not, we would come back after 3pm. They said rooms were ready, so we checked in and went to our rooms and put our things in the rooms. Walls were dirty, mattresses were disgusting, and rooms smelled awful! Left to get some food. Come back and the tv in our room won’t turn on. Get new batteries for remote and still nothing. Maintenance guy comes up and sees it’s unplugged. Plugs it in and can’t change channel or turn volume up or down. He replaced the remote and still the same thing. He then brings another tv in and hooks it up. Works good now. Get a knock on the door and it’s our friends who have the 2nd room! Found something that shouldn’t have been in the room and could have killed someone. The front desk guy then tried to say it was ours. Refused to call the authorities and when I said we wanted our money back he said he had to call his boss and he would let us know what was said. He goes down to the front desk and we are frantically trying to find 2 more rooms somewhere else. 30 minutes go by and still no word from the guy. I head down to the front desk to find out what’s taking so long. Turns out he never even called his boss and saw me and immediately got on the phone and then said they would give us a full refund after we exit the rooms and he goes through them. Got our money back. WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN!

The location was convenient. The staff was very friendly. It was old and run down. There were things broken in the room and it wasn’t very clean. There was a hole in the bathroom door, the dresser handle was broken and there was a suspicious stain on one of the pillowcases. The walls were dirty.
-
Breakfast was ok, but waffle dispenser was broken, they brought out another one that was also broken. Room was very dirty, had ants in it, amd the carpet left our feet black. Entire place reeked of cigarettes, so much so that we stunknof cigarettes when we left.

Looks like they are in the process of fixing this place up. Room was clean, but smelled musty. Newer bed which was nice. Small area for eating breakfast.

Was in a great location and had a very good price. First, we were supposed to be in a non smoking room the room smelt absolutely awful like someone had been chain smoking in there for ages. Second the bathroom door hat 2 holes from someone’s fist. When we asked the front desk worker if we could have our room change all he said was “it’s ok buddy” because all the rooms were full. Overall the room was pretty dirty as the desk was sticky all over and all the light fixtures had a grimy build up on all the on/off switches.

It was ok
-
Room had no closet, only a hook on the wall. Breakfast had no fruit, no juice, no eggs; only toast, water, and waffles. Pay machine with drinks was broken. Staff were pleasant enough but quality of hotel was worthy of lodging costing 40% of what we paid. Be ware!

The outdoor pool was a favorite. The breakfast area ran out of coffee both days of our stay. The selection of items didn’t offer any protein - mostly cold grab and go items, with the exception of the waffle maker.
