Very dirty place. Curtin's were stained and had holes in them. Smelled like smoke.

Ive stayed at this property before and had no complaints. This time I booked in advance and confirmed room 5 hours in advance of my arrival time. Yes, I was confirmed. However after a two hour trip and upon my arrival, I was turned away (and another person on the phone with the clerk) because of overbooking and most hotels in the area wanted more money or more then a two day stay. The hotel said they had no contact information and couldnt reach people to tell them that they overbooked 7 rooms. As a result, I will never stay at this property again as I traveled by Uber and it was a waste of my time and money.

I called and checked every hotel in town and every bordering town. Fully booked. I was stranded, out of town for work, with no way to get home that night and no lodging alternative offered by the property that took my reservation in the first place. Let's be clear about what this is: a confirmed booking is a contract. When a hotel accepts a reservation and payment, it's agreeing to provide a room on that date. Overbooking and then leaving a guest with zero recourse (no rebooking, no relocation to a sister property, no reimbursement, no accessible management) isn't just bad service, it's the hotel failing to hold up its end of that agreement, leaving a guest to absorb the entire cost and risk of that failure. That's a liability problem for them, not just a "customer experience" issue. I'm still deciding whether this is worth pursuing further, but at minimum: don't trust a confirmation from this property. It clearly isn't binding on their end.

The t.v. did not work. The elevator also was full of graffiti and smelled awful. Worst hotel stay ever.

The room was clean and stocked well was happy with the kitchen fridge and freezer were very clean and air worked well too The doors not being locked and anyone xould just walk in

I was charged over $80 in additional fees. The room was non smoking but reeked of smoke. The listing said there was a sofa bed and there was no sofa at all.

The woman at the desk was unable to help. She didn't know when the elevator would be repaired. She said there were no 2-bed rooms on the first floor. And since we weren't canceling prior to that day, they were unable to cancel the reservation. We chose to find another hotel. It seemed that customer service was lacking. As I have no reason to visit the area again, I will not stay at Studio 6/Florence in the future.

Value, friendly staff, immediate response to requests TV was too complicated for me. It had no box and was difficult to find channels...they should have a sheet with written directions.

I will never , ever recommend anyone to stay here!! It looked dingy and depressing, my sister got locked in the bathroom because the door knob broke apart and the tv wouldn’t get no signal. Worst place ever!! We checked in and out in less than 10 minutes

The stay was great just avoid the front door the hallway on the first floor smelled like a zoo.

I canceled my reservation after seeing the condition of the hotel and the rooms ,I wouldn't recommend this stay at all ,it's dirty ,you smell the mold , this isn't the place 😑

Smelly, dirty, things falling apart. Stove barely working. Filthy bathroom. I am glad I wasn't there with my family and only for 2 nights

The room was immaculate, and primarily shops and restaurants were nearby.

Hotel smelled as soon as as we walked up. Once we arrived they begin to upcharge us for utilities,cleaning,etc. After this and seeing how dirty the lobby was, we told them to cancel our reservation. I have yet to see a refund from them after a week.
