The woman at the desk was unable to help. She didn't know when the elevator would be repaired. She said there were no 2-bed rooms on the first floor. And since we weren't canceling prior to that day, they were unable to cancel the reservation. We chose to find another hotel. It seemed that customer service was lacking. As I have no reason to visit the area again, I will not stay at Studio 6/Florence in the future.

Nice staff not too clean

I will never , ever recommend anyone to stay here!! It looked dingy and depressing, my sister got locked in the bathroom because the door knob broke apart and the tv wouldn’t get no signal. Worst place ever!! We checked in and out in less than 10 minutes
-
The stay was great just avoid the front door the hallway on the first floor smelled like a zoo.

I canceled my reservation after seeing the condition of the hotel and the rooms ,I wouldn't recommend this stay at all ,it's dirty ,you smell the mold , this isn't the place 😑

Nice for cheap great place to get some shut eye

Smelly, dirty, things falling apart. Stove barely working. Filthy bathroom. I am glad I wasn't there with my family and only for 2 nights

The room was immaculate, and primarily shops and restaurants were nearby.

Hotel smelled as soon as as we walked up. Once we arrived they begin to upcharge us for utilities, cleaning, etc. After this and seeing how dirty the lobby was, we told them to cancel our reservation. I have yet to see a refund from them after a week.

I would not stay here. The building was not maintained the best. I was on the second floor and the elevator did not work. Carpets were stained and smelled in the hallways. The door that I was supposed to go into in and out of the building was held open by a piece of shingle. Which did not make me feel very safe. They charged me a $10 housekeeping fee. I was there three days and that one time do they check to see if I needed towels or anything like that. I was given one washcloth one hand towel and two regular towels. But one washcloth and one hand towel for both bathroom and kitchen area is not enough for a 3-day visit. Anytime that I went to talk with someone or ask questions the desk gate was down so I could never find anyone. I just don't recommend staying here.

The location of this property was great—close to a lot of things, easy access to the highway, etc. The room was mostly clean, although I did touch up a bit with my own Clorox wipes a few spots that looked questionable. The stairwell and hallway had kind of a funky smell, but the room itself was fine. My biggest concern was the security of the building. People kept propping the exterior door closest to my room. In fact, in the two days of my stay, not once did I have to use my key card to gain access. The front desk staff were lovely, and the housekeeping staff was so sweet. The room met my needs well.

Dirty floors and carpet. Broken elevator and security latch on door broken. No staff after 7pm available. Dogs barking at all hours.

The "extended stay" concept was a joke. True there was a stove and refrigerator but nothing else. No utensils, no cups, no hairdryers, and springy (bad ) bed. TV had no cable or even streaming services. Total garbage place to stay. Avoid at all cost.

Booked on Expedia. Was charged $70 more at property. Room was filthy!! Worth hotel experience in my life!!!

Extended Stay was purchased by Studio 6. They have downgraded significantly. The whole “hotel” smells like cigarettes. They are now similar to those motels by the side of the road.

When I arrived to check in, I had to wait 15 minutes for any desk person to appear. Then they started to disclose a long list of upcharges that were going to be added to my bill. The ultimate list nearly tripled the cost of the room. None of which were disclosed when making my reservation. The parking lot was full. I had to park off property and walk in (in the rain.) The elevator did not work. The hallways were extremely dirty and smelly. This is place is worse than some overseas hell holes I have experienced in my travels.

Trash is always over flowing through out the property. The elevator does not work. You trip on mats holding the side doors open. Stairwells are extremely hot. Looks like puke and cat litter on the steps.

This is the hotel we have used in the past when we go to Cincinnati Reds games. It is about 15 minutes south of the stadium and allows us easy access back home away to Virginia from the city. This time was very disappointing. When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that they now had more charges even though we booked through hotels.com. They charge a $10 house keeping fee and a $2 electricity fee. We were only staying one night but this is per night. When we returned from the game, we noticed that the shower had not been cleaned or the sheets on the bed. There was no one at the window to talk to because it was closed and it was also closed when we left the next morning so I could not inform them of this. We will probably stay at a different hotel the next time we visit.

This hotel was terribly dirty, the smell was so bad that even the long term people living here have air fresheners in the hallway
