the room was spotless and the hotel was very clean overall.

The place is clean, staff is friendly, and this was my second time staying there. I will definitely stay here again 🙂

It was the staffing that really did it for us and the room service we never received. We never got our room serviced in the days we stayed- I did reach out to the front desk asking if room service would be coming as we needed more towels and our sheets changed out. I was told he would let house keeping know; nothing happened for over an hour so I called back to be told they have left for the day. So the guy Saturday night gave me one option, we can change the sheets ourselves and come down to the counters and pick up or he could bring them to our room after a while. After a while ??? Who knows when that would be, so we ended up going and grabbing our own sheets and changing them When we did pick up our sheets the guy who helped us had an irritated domineer on his look to help and seemed like he was more worried about his fast food he had ordered because while talking to us he popped a piece of chicken in his mouth. on top of staying here the woman who was at the front desk in the mornings always looked mad every time you talk to her and is of no help at all when inquiring information. What did it for us was the workers, I’m from California and people can get pretty rude out where I’m from. But our here was no care or concern about the people.

Nice and clean place to stay! Great location too with lots of restaurants nearby and still a short drive to Cincy. My biggest complaint was having to pay for parking! It’s a huge parking lot that was nearly empty. It just doesn’t make sense given the location. I also asked for more pillows to be sent to the room and they never were, so that was disappointing.

Newer hotel, shower was nice. Housekeeping quick to replace empty shampoo and body wash and refresh towels. Ice and water machine didn’t work on third floor. You have to pay for parking, even though there is a huge Meijer parking lot right next door. The room door was very hard to open and slammed so hard it could chop off a finger, so be careful!

GREAT HOTEL - CLEAN & COMFORTABLE

Only thing that was bad, not the hotel part but a couple baseball teams there for a tournament and the pool was filled with kids. Wish I would have had more pool time, main reason I picked that hotel

Huge bedroom and bathroom. Checking Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The mattress was a bit worn. The one side was sloped down towards the floor. I thought I was going to slide off the bed. Every time I set my phone down next to me, it would slide off the bed and on the floor.
