Great Nothing

Room thermostat obviously doesn’t work very well because it was a little bit on the warmer side in our room. Maintenance came to fix it and it cooled off just a little but still will not get as cold as other hotels we have visited. There something definitely wrong with the entire ac system inside the hotel. Other than that it was a nice stay.

No microwave

Plenty of space to sit in the lobby. Nice soap. Comfortable bedding. Leaky window. Paid breakfast

Loved the airport shuttle. Room was clean, friendly staff.

The staff is really trying their best to accommodate us but we got a room that the sink is not draining. Good thing they moved us to another room the following day.

Had the hotel shuttle pick us up from the airport to take us back for our stay. Half way to the hotel the walkie-talkie goes off asking the Carl the driver where he was, he told them on his way back, they MADE him turn around and go back to pick up a couple flight attendants. It’s after midnight, myself and my family are tired and just want to get to our hotel and go to sleep. It was ridiculous!! Then my boyfriend wanted some pop and ice, the wall mount said what floors they were located on and the last one he checked finally worked! We complained about it in the morning to the manager and her excuse was they were changing them all out and there should have been an out of order sign on them. Then a few days later he sees a charge on his card for $8.74. I called and asked why. It was for parking. So not only do we have to pay to stay there but so does our car ?‍♀️?

Hotel up to Hilton standards and met our needs perfectly for the 1 night stay
