Popcorn in lobby upon arrival was awesome! Male front desk guy was so helpful...gave us assistance with restaurant suggestions and also handled our room issue by transferring us to another room quickly. Breakfast offered a lot of variety...waffle maker was great and there were eggs and sausage along with cereals, muffins, bagels, juice & coffee. We enjoyed our stay! 25 minutes from Ark Encounter!

Hotel was clean and well decorated.

Room was great. Their were stains on the tub and stains on the tile in the bathroom, so things could have been cleaner. Overall, great place to stay.

No airport shuttle. Door keys didn't work.

The location is very convenient. Breakfast was robust and well stocked. The room was not huge but all of the furnishings were quite comfortable. It was a quiet place.

Had a two night confirmed reservation (prepaid) employees got in late and headed straight to work. Called to see if reservation for second night was still good.. had to call back 3 times to get an answer.. Reservation was cancelled for second night and still billed.. Front desk staff said they had no more rooms available.. went here and booked a room .. customer service completely lacking and the charge for the additional night after cancelling should never had happened.

Staff was efficient, room clean. My only gripe is the hotel required a $50 hold on my debit card for any damages, etc. This needs to be clearly stated (and NOT in the fine print somewhere!) on any app Wyndham hotels are listed on. No, I was not charged, but was taken by surprise when told this was required.

Got a room with two queen beds, looked specifically for a place that had two queen beds. Was given a room with two double beds from who we assumed was the owner. Was told the “queen” room was just considered as a two double bed room and they didn’t have queen beds. Next morning when we checked out the morning staff stated that we were booked in a two queen bed room and was confused why we were in a double bed room.

Enjoyed our stay here, hotel and room was clean, great location. Loved the complimentary popcorn machine!
