Heated pool was not heated . Could not get into room with 5 cards assigned 5 times . Charges on my account for room even though I already paid for room before arrival . It was very frustrating to have to go to front desk 5 different times because cards would not work to get into room . When addressing issue about charges on account the rep said they did not know why they charged me since we already paid in full . The rep said he would work on resolving and emailing me but I have not received email and charges are still on there and now another charge has also appeared. The landscaping had weeds everywhere and the lobby had several lights flashing that needed changed . This was a very bad experience . I will have to contact my credit card company about the charges and spend my personal time trying to get this issue resolved . I would not recommend staying at this location .
