Easy access off the highway. Amazing water experience. Nice staff. A little odd that they couldn't provide an extra pillow and were out of robes (at a spa)

The staff were so helpful and the hotel was so clean. The gym does not open 24 hours, and the pool was not too big, even pool sun-beds weren’t enough with the peak time of the sun tanning for all.

The pool was terrific. Not crowded at all. We also loved the huge, private terrace with hot tub. It was a great place for our family to unwind at night. We weren't able to have massages at the spa which we were disappointed about. They were completely booked.

Reception staff on arrival very helpful and friendly, Pool was good, clean, reasonable priced drinks at bar. Spa was nice, worked well and explained how to use etc, we also had a lovely massage. Breakfast was good, varied and fresh. Room was dated and basic - eg bottled water not replenished - balcony needed a clean. Constant ants scurrying around the floor by the desk. Hardly any channels worked on tv. No back on the remote control so batteries kept falling out. The restaurant was the biggest let down, the staff were rude, seemed put out when asked for anything, and huffed a lot! Service with a smile it WAS NOT! Really made us feel uncomfortable and wanting to leave as soon as possible which was a shame as the food was nice.

The tranquil chill experience. Breakfast was very good and the staff amazing , specially fran from the restaurant. Our room wasn’t very clean when we arrived to be honest, we had a jacuzzi in the terrace, but we didn’t use it because it was covered and wear t sure if we could use it. when booking the junior suite there is no mention of a jacuzzi . That was a pity my husband would have loved it.

The hotel was easy to access by car, the staff were great, it was a nice layout, the rooms were ample size, the balcony is a charming little addition and the beds are comfortable.

Able to check in already at 11.00. Nice spa area. The bar next to the reception was not the best. The Mojito I ordered was bad and did not taste good.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 days, and everything met my expectations. I haven't used the Spa, breakfast was really good, staff are extra friendly and the hotel is on a good location. I was with a car so all my business venues were within 10 minutes driving, from Marbella to Estepona.

The Spa The sink in the bathroom was blocked, and overnight, it was making an annoying bubbly noise, especially in the silent hours.Reported to the front desk in the morning,they said they would look into it.

The rooms are very clean. Also the location is perfect near the beach and the center. The stuff was very nice.
