The floor boards had all moved leaving large gaps not only looking bad but a hazard for my 4 year old.

Everything was great. Even though we booked a standard room, we were upgraded to a sea view room thanks to Booking.com, which made our stay even more special. We also received a complimentary dinner for one night from Booking.com, which was a very nice touch. The hotel was very clean, had good facilities, and the beach was absolutely beautiful. The staff were also very kind and welcoming. I really appreciate Booking.com for this experience and highly recommend booking through them. The parking was not free. Although the price is not high, it would be better if it was included in the hotel services. Also, there were no slippers or toothbrush provided in the room, and we had to request them from the reception.

The food was very good and the room was very comfortable. The elevators were not working and we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs

We loved everything: the close proximity to Puerto Banus, the beachfront location, and the excellent food for breakfast and dinner (they even gave us a complimentary dinner). There's paddle tennis on site.

I think that is super not client-oriented approach. If it happens with a small details i can't even imagine what to expect if you have a big requests.. During check in we meet with Guest experience specialist and she give me her namecard and we agreed that faster way to communicate will be via WhatsApp. I've ask them at 21:34 but get responce only at 15:20 next day after i repeat my message in the morning. After that I got that in a WhatsApp there is another person and sometimes they don't really fast to update each other. They still put blankets under the mattress which is super annoying when you came up every day for a sleep and instead of getting in the bed you should at first release the blanket after that make sure that the sheet is not crumpled and only after that go to sleep. I've tried to explain them, showing them videos, bit it does not helps.. Elevators is weird — they no linked to each other and if you are hurry you need to hit all 3 buttons for the each elevator to get one of them faster. Big swimming pool was closed which was a big surprise for me. Don't have that info on a booking page! Breakfast is ok, but could be better, even eggs is not fried enough. And a very noisy because inside dinning place.

Huge Pool, direct beach access, I mean what’s not to love about this place? Buffet was okay, no Spanish food, but pretty nice overall. Right next to a supermarket (ALDI). Night entertainment is great. They run musicals, family game shows, singing and dancing, and in the day, they offer football, yoga, waterbike, etc. They are partnered with FRAM which means you can get cheaper prices with them, but not always. Food was really “okay”. The room only had 2 plugs, which meant we had to buy an adapter for 2 plugs at a Tech Store. Location is hard to drive with, the connection to the A-7 highway is great but complicated.

We enjoyed the food and entertainment. This property is very dirty, beach area is very rough, and facilities look old and outdated. There is no place to really sit around and enjoy outside of the bar area and it’s not maintained. The facility is far from the town and you need to take a taxi everywhere you go. The rooms are big and comfortable but nothing is included. We had to pay for everything, water, towel change for €1 plus a €20 deposit per towel. Parking showed included into our fare but once we arrived at the hotel we had to pay €16/day.

The restaurant staff have done their best, but still couldn’t afford to serve the rush dinner/breakfast time as expected. There is always a long queue at the Salada pool bar and the service is very slow.

Really enjoyed the stay and the staff were great. The food was great and amenities were brilliant It would be great if the lobby bar could open earlier as it is a nice place to sit

No option for Hala food

It was all generally ok. Nothing spectacular. Balconies with sea views were nice. Clean facilities. Room service was good. The staff in the restaurant were a bit and miss. Some days very nice and helpful. Some days they would not be. Like insisting we drink water from the machine instead of bottled water included in our all-inclusive deal. Choice of food could be better. No coffee machine or kettle in the room.

Family Friendly Hotel. Breakfast was not the best.

Nice view over the sea, very nice pools. Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet, friendly staff, reasonable prices for everything not already included. Free parking, good WiFi. Would definitely come back here anytime !

Big room for family of 3 There were ants in the room, not so annoying, but the feeling is not good
