The serenity and the proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park. I loved this place!

Awesome place, very close to the park entrance, quite, comfortable in a beautiful surrounding. The room was big and beautiful with a very nice balcony. The place has a hot tub and bbq grills free to use. Wifi was sometimes choppy. The place administration is only available from 9am to 7pm, and although the check-in/check-out process went smooth for us you need to take into account that there's no 24x7 front-desk available (there's an emergency phone number).

Excellent location really close to the Rocky Mountain national park entrance. Also a very quiet location with scenery all around. Staff were always helpful

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Location was perfect! Check in staff was polite and helpful. Parts of the suite were updated (shower) and others were not (cabinets/blue sink/kitchenette). There were so many places to sit and relax to enjoy the sounds of the water and beautiful views!

Beautiful and peaceful and private Nothing

Location was spectacular, staff was friendly and very accommodating as they accepted a large package we sent in advance (wedding gift for our son & new wife). The creek just outside our door was beautiful too! that we couldn't stay longer!

2 miles from entrance to park, the other way 2 miles to safeway for groceries! Loved the patio on river, so peaceful! So much room, kitchen. Cooked steaks and potatoes our last night!

Wonderful location, right by the river. Our room was very spacious and quiet, very clean and well supplied. It was great to have a kitchenette in the room with a coffee maker, wine glasses, plates and cups. It was very comfortable, and would work well for a longer stay. There was also a hot tub, a fireplace and a terrace to sit and watch the river. Very responsive and helpful staff. Would gladly stay there again and again! Note that reception closes early, so need to plan for that if flight arrives late. They were great to accommodate us with remote check-in, and also phone support was available.

Great place with many of the rooms on the river. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Lovely setting right on the river, great staff and very nice accommodation. Elk and a variety of bird life at the doorstep! Fantastic base for our Rocky Mtn NP explorations.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful location & scenery with wildlife, river & mountains. Rooms are spacious & located a few miles from RMNP entrance or downtown Estes.

Location was wonderful, next to the river - quiet, and relaxing
-
Lovely setting by the Fall River, our apartment was clean and comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed being able to relax in the provided outdoor furniture and the location so close to RMNP entrance gate. The lady on reception and the housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended Being English we can’t survive without a cup of tea and there wasn’t a kettle provided so we had to boil water in a pan. Not a huge issue but not ideal

Really enjoyed the location and views provided. The grounds and proximity to the river made for a relaxing weekend. I enjoyed the heated outdoor seating allowing you to take in the nature without freezing. The pillows were insanely flat causing for a very uncomfortable night. Water pressure in the upstairs rooms was abysmal. The jacuzzi tub took so long to fill up by the time you could get in the water is already cold After 30 minutes of trying to fill it we just pulled the "plug" and gave up. One of our tv's did not turn off with the remote provided so we had to unplug it as the side buttons were inoperable due to age. Maintenance came and it was found the other rooms remote controls our tv's power but not the volume. We then had to carry both remotes around to use a tv. It is clear you are not meant to be in your room and instead be outside, which isnt the worst thing, but for that cost it is not worth it.

The property is quite, very clean, the staff is pleasant and helpful, and the amenities enjoyable. There are just a couple of things we would change. In our unit, the mattress and couch were not very comfortable due to wear.
