Perfect location with a wonderful view just a few minutes from the main town square. Having a stream that cuts thru the property where you can go out and sit to read/ have your morning coffee was great. The room had all the necessities we required and having the mini kitchen was plenty for snacks, water and some basic items.

I loved the room, it was so comfortable. The location by the river was awesome. Also the closeness to downtown Estes and RMNP was perfect!!!! Our upstairs neighbors were extremely loud and inconsiderate. But that is not a reflection on the Inn, it's just people being selfish and ridiculous

We love the location and have stayed here several times. The room is clean and nice, and we love being able to enjoy being right next to the river and just outside RMNP. There were a couple little things with the room this time - not a big deal, but minor inconveniences - the dishwasher was not properly installed and fell forward when we tried to open it, and it wasn't operational when we first arrived (although it was fixed immediately after we reported it). We also couldn't use the jet tub because the drainstop didn't work properly and we couldn't fill it with enough water to use it.

We loved the location next to the water. I enjoyed getting up in the morning, going for a walk and it being so peaceful. The front desk clerk was so helpful and very nice to talk to. It was nice to feel like the only quests from the quiet atmosphere. We will be back next year!

Location in proximity to RMNP. The property was nestled alongside the river and surrounded by nature I thought it was a little pricey but when I factored in the location and beauty of the area, plus the room, I suppose it all balanced out.

We loved our stay at Boulder Brook. It was such a beautiful place. Just what we wanted for our anniversary!

Katie was very helpful when we checked in. She shared lots of local favs. Enjoyed the room and property. Some loose fixtures that could use maintenance but didn't affect our stay.

Very Nice place

Our unit was exactly as described, but you can't put adequate words to walking out your back door and sitting next to the river while turkey and deer stroll thru like they are your neighbors. Truly wonderful, beautiful setting, and we look forward to our next visit!!
