The view from cabin 11 was amazing. I don't know what would've made the experience better other than maybe the bar being open on a Sunday Monday, but I understand probably not a big crowd on those days.

Overall I'd come back if I could afford a weeks stay here only and maybe a bigger room! :D

We had a room on the river. It was beautiful and peaceful.

Had an amazing stay for our anniversary. The flowers and champagne was a wonderful special touch.

Very clean and comfortable room. Being close to Fall River was cool and calming. We loved the bar and live music. And it was nice to have a food truck on site. Location is perfect for a trip through RMNP. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was excellent, great views. The only downfall was the construction going on next to our building but the bar and the room was great.

This was an excellent find in Estes Park. The rooms was great and it is right on the river. The location has a bar and live music area which was a great surprise as well. Will be going back.

The air conditioner was loud kicking on and off. Would have been nice to have a “fan on” option for sleeping that kept the fan running on the AC unit.

We loved being able to sit on the patio and listen to the river. There was some construction going on at the time, so sadly, there was that noise as well. But overall, it was a very peaceful stay.

Atmosphere is incredible with the proximity to the river, the evening light show and live musician at the bar. Clean, cabin like, rooms with nice amenities. Check in and check out process is simple. Only place we stay when in Estes.

The room was clean and cozy. Front office staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Loved listening to the river right outside our room. The elk visited a couple times, got great pics! Very convenient location.

The room was spotless. Our deck overlooking the river was delightful. The evening light show was a fun bonus. We would have given five stars, but for the mattress; it was extremely saggy and badly in need of replacement.

The location so close to RMNP was perfect. Very peaceful right on river so relaxing Steps up and down to cabin but the location right on a bend in the river made up for it!
