Inn on Fall River & Fall River Cabins

Room itself was clean and comfortable. Our room was right next to the bar where they have live music every night which was very audible as we were relaxing in our room after a long day hiking. Not ideal. There is also a lot of junky broken furniture around the outside areas which makes it look pretty shabby on the exterior.

We loved having deck overlooking the river. The sound was great for sleeping. Full size coffee pot and toaster was great. We also enjoyed the bar with live music in the evening. Hot tub and infinity pool very nice. Our unit had stairs to climb to get into. This is not unusual for the area. However if stairs are an issue, suggest you check with hotel and get advice about which units are best.

We loved our experience at The Inn on Fall River! The location was perfect, about 2 miles from the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The Inn is a short drive to downtown Estes Park for shopping, dining and much more! The property was scenic and well maintained. Our suite was fabulous, including the two-sided fireplace! Not only would I stay there again, but we have already begun talking about returning during the same week next year!

Stayed at four different hotels this trip and the Inn on Fall River was easily the best. Even though it’s considered a 3-star I would rate it 4-5 star because of the location, amenities, and rooms. I don’t normally take baths but that large jet tub took care of sore muscles from hiking RMNP. Loved the fact it was just a few minutes to drive into town. Excellent value for the price!

Three story cabins on the river and they are brand new. The property has a small beach area for the kids or just to relax near the water. There's a heated infinity pool and hot tub. They have thought of everything. Staff is friendly. Great property and trip.

Clean roon, staff are nice hot tub is very good. The only concern is the bed is not comfortable.

The first night around 9 there was really loud music and us and several guests were confused but the next morning we asked them to not do their light show at that time because we have little kids and they listened! We really appreciated that. The main office has games and books and refreshments. And the sound of the river is absolutely what makes this place worth all $$$ it costs.

Very nice, BEAUTIFUL property. Nice creek flowing right outside our patio. Turkey walking everywhere. Gorgeous seating areas along the creek with light show. Staff was rude Told us our room was not ready and would text us when ready. I waited a while and realized I had no phone signal, I told the lady I am setting outside and had no signal. I was told "You can I come back at 4 when it is ready" It was 3:40 pm. Later my wife went in to get the Wifi password. Then we realized the text to notify us our room was ready was sent at 345 pm. That lady had went back and forth pass us seeing us outside waiting but did not inform us herself. She made us use their "text" system even after we told her we had no signal. If my wife didn't ask for the .WiFi password we probably would still be setting outside waiting for our room to be ready. We had room 4. Our beds were on the wall attached to the stairs for the upstairs customers to use. When someone went up and down in the middle of the night it shook our bed. Its a very old building up front try to get one of the newer ones. Again very Beautiful property and good location.

Lodge rooms were spacious and clean. Weather being in 80's, would be nice to have ceiling fan to move sliding door air. floor fan kind of noisy. If I stay again, would probably do a cabin or condo. Hard to get used to the river noise when you are not used to it.

This place was amazing! We had a room right on the river and the sound of the water was SOOO relaxing. The buildings were a bit dated but the room itself was pleasantly updated and the beds were super comfortable. Loved the mini-kitchen too, which was well stocked with plates, cups, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc. There was minor construction going on next door but you could hardly hear it, so no big deal. The biggest plus was being able to build a fire in the wood burning fireplace (wood was available through the front desk for a small fee). Minutes to town and all the amenities. All in all, we had a wonderful and very restful time here and will be staying here again!

Great view outside the back door. Super small bathroom and they charged an additional resort fee with no mention of there being one when booking.

The room was beautiful, cozy, and clean. And the staff were all super welcoming. The location was great, super close to main street in Estes. The bar and live music area was a wonderful surprise. I could not recommend this place enough. 100% will be coming back :)!

Loved the property. Very clean, streamside suite was beautiful. Jetted bathtub was perfect after a long hiking day. Very convenient to town and RMNP. The construction of their new Dreamview suites is nearly done so we did not experience any negative impact from that. Would stay here again. It was very comfortable with the WIFI, laundry, streaming services, kitchenette, and fireplace.

The property is easy to locate, and the staff is great to work with. We had a beautiful river view from our balcony. Every evening that we were there, Wednesday through Saturday, they had a patio bar party from 5 to 9 with live music and games. You can buy drinks at the bar. They even have a kit to make s'mores with by the fire.

One Inprovement that would make it perfect would be better internet.
