4 Seasons Inn on Fall River

Beautiful, quiet and peaceful. It was amazing being able to watch elk while drinking my coffee next to the creek in the mornings.

We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely go back.

Property not for elderly, second floor hard to navigate. Stairs are not to ADA standards

I wish the pillows were more comfortable and that they had a table in the room but these are minor things and are not important to everyone.

The view was absolutely amazing! The room was spacious and the shower was HUGE! Perfect place for the perfect vacation! The pillows were not comfortable and the ceiling fan tended to swing a bit when on. These were only minor issues and didn’t really effect our happiness with the room

Nice room, well equipped, convenient. Owner was very responsive The room was very hot and there isn't a window to open (only doors). the fan didn't do the job...

No hot tub towels were provided and we paid more for a private hot tub it took 2 hours to get them there were no steps to the hot tub so it was hard to get into and the lid opener was broken so it was hard to open it we reported a constant drip in the shower and was told it would be fixed in 2 days 4 nights later no update and it wasn't fixed pillows and bed was hard and uncomfortable the property is small and disappointing I would choose another hotel in the area

This property advertisement was very misleading. There was no air conditioning and only one fan. Property maintenance issues included the one window would not stay open, the screen on the door was 6 inches too small, lights did not work, limited electrical outlets so it was hard to place fan for airflow. Management was not responsive. Terrible experience. We left early and lost the balance of what we paid. Definitely not worth $800.

Location and great location with river right besides Inn. If I were to drive up and go to the 'office' I would have driven away. The office is like a storage room and not the least bit inviting. Our room was comfortable but very small.

Check-in was straight forward and the communication was timely and detailed.

Perfect location for RMNP. Bed was comfortable, good room amenities. Plumbing was great (good pressure and drainage). The hot tub was nice. Staff was responsive on the app when I wanted to add a day but I never saw one on site, although I was there in April just before the busy season. The screen on the back door was torn so I couldn't leave the doors open for fresh air due to bugs getting in. The property is a bit run down and while the balcony is a nice idea it overlooked the neighboring property's behind the scenes area, which was kind of a dump and had bright lights all night.

The property is located in a nice area with lots of opportunities to enjoy nature. There were little places to sit and enjoy the river view with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. One afternoon two elk laid down outside our window and just hung out. It was very warm several days/evenings and unfortunately we didn’t even think to check if there was AC, which there wasn’t. We were each given one washcloth, hand towel, and bath towel. The staff told us they would be doing a “room refresh” after the 3rd evening. After our 4th night I had to reach out telling them we have to have clean towels at least. They brought us another set and stated someone would be up to “refresh” the room. After the 6th night I had to ask for another set of towels. We were there for 7 nights and they never came for the “refresh”. We love to sit out on the patio or balcony on our trips, this room said there was a balcony with a river view. The balcony is very small and barely fits 2 chairs if you turn them a specific way.

Some days are a little hot without a/c, but it cools off in the evenings and there are fans. Still a great place to stay!

Loved seeing wildlife outside our window. Highly recommend. Affordable pricing perfect for a couple.

Such a beautiful place! Conveniently located to the entrances of RMNP. Loved how easy the check-in/check-out was (everything was done through text, we didn't even have to go into reception!). The bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept in too. We'd def be back for future RMNP trips!
