Quiet, clean, great location to downtown area of Estes and RMNP. Beautiful view of the river from balcony. The “Guest Essentials” room was very thoughtful, providing ice or other necessary items. No air conditioning, which was not a huge deal being that it was cool outside even in late August, early September. There was an extra fan provided in the room, and a ceiling fan.

Of course the location is exceptional. I never actually saw a member of staff but they were responsive and helpful over email/text. The room was comfortable and met every need for the week. Parking wasn't an issue. The guest convenience area was nice when I needed a quick bite and I like the new lock system. Very good experience. Personal preference thing but every time a hotel TV has old fashioned basic cable (or some variant) I'm disappointed. Would love to have a streaming device attached so I could login to netflix or prime or whatever. Oh and the check-in instructions didn't say anything about the hot tub, I would have appreciated clarity on times/procedures for using that.

In our opinion the room was much too dark. Even with bright sunlight you had to turn on the lights. There is no privacy at all, there are curtains for the night but no curtains to create privacy on both sides of the room. We also missed at least 2 glasses and 2 plates, I wanted to prepare tea and oatmeal but there were only little plastic cups. The pictures of the place are misleading, you cannot walk along the stream, it is fenced off to a bigger property. We stayed 8 nights but cleaning came only after I had contacted them.

We enjoyed the hot tub. Only complaint would be the cleaners dog that barked at us and she didnt get it.

Beautiful, quiet and peaceful. It was amazing being able to watch elk while drinking my coffee next to the creek in the mornings.

Location is fantastic. Room was awesome. Big refrigerator. The property in the creek is obviously spectacular. Super easy parking, especially if you're towards the front. The room with the odds and ends that you might need was super cool even though I didn't need anything. Nice touch ? No air conditioning

Property not for elderly, second floor hard to navigate. Stairs are not to ADA standards
