Near RMNP and Estes Park A LONG walk into town (shuttle too infrequent)

The Maxwell Inn was an older property that had some updates but not a full new renovation. (It did appear to be the same age as many of the other properties in the area.) It was a great location. The room was clean but the bed wasn’t as comfortable (for my preference)as other places I’ve stayed. The staff was wonderful. They were friendly and very helpful. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would have liked.

Very clean, inviting exterior with attractive plantings. Very comfortable bedding, shower hot and strong pressure. Pleasant staff and helpful with tips for the area. Room was small so that’s the only reason for giving 9 of 10 rating. Would definitely stay again next trip. Nothing.

Small and quaint. Staff was friendly. Communicating with staff after hours did not work for us and we consequently missed out on services. Breakfast consisted of pre packaged items that are not healthy. We opted to not eat breakfast which was included and go somewhere else. Parking was very limited and involved a lot of walking around.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Owner was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to RMNP. It's an easy walk into downtown Estes Park or you can take a seasonal shuttle. Continental breakfast was provided with plenty of choices.

Location was great. A short walk into town. Coffee and continental breakfast available at 7AM. Owner friendly. Saw many elk around. Quick access to National Park.

The room was spotless. There was a good variety of items for breakfast. The firepit was relaxing at the end of the day. The hotel is a short walk to town. DVDs were available in the hotel lobby. No complaints.

Great location. Short walk to town with sidewalks the whole way. Outdated place. They had porch lights on all night. I unscrewed some light bulbs but they screwed them back in. We had to hang out blanket over the window.
