Nice place. Didn’t like having to go up/down 28 stairs. Convenient to downtown areas.

Carpet was wet in the room. Staff stated they had just cleaned it. It was wet enough it soaked through socks as soon as we took off shoes.

Please be aware that there are no elevators on this property that has three levels. It is spread out and only one dolly for moving bags. We were booked on the second floor and were not told that we would be moving baggage without an elevator. I would not recommend this property for anyone over 65 or disabled unless you are certain you will be on the first floor. Also, this property is dated and in need of updating. Also, the rooms have very little places to put luggage. Be prepared to live out of bags on the floor. Also, parking at the hotel is limited and many have to park across the street.

Very close to explore Estes park on foot which was what we wanted. Short drive to entrance of Rocky Mountain national park. S’mores every night which was nice. No complaints.

We had a great time, can’t beat the location, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Staff was super helpful, highly recommend!

They have a nice breakfast and s'mores in the afternoon. A jacuzzi and a nice view of the river. Third time I stayed here, always wonderful.
