Staffs were super friendly, all beds in the room including sofa bed were very comfortable, location was great, breakfast& smores everyday were nice to have. Everything was great and I would like to come back again.

Clean rooms; we loved the free s’mores each evening and popcorn! Peaceful, family friendly, GREAT location. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Beautiful hotel grounds. Very nice staff. We enjoyed eating our breakfast outside by the creek. Good location. However, our double queen room was very small (too small) for our family of 4 - we couldn't get out of each other's way. But otherwise, we enjoyed our stay

Excellent stay. Loved the nightly S'mores, and being able to sit out by the little "river" running through the property. Quiet and peaceful, but still just a few steps from downtown/shopping/dining.

Fabulous stay at the SMI! Such lovely staff and so many guests to chat with while sitting along the river day or night. Perfect location next to the Park where we could sit along the river and hear the western and jazz concerts. Easy walk to town along the river wall. Clean rooms and such a cozy bed! We enjoyed the evening popcorn and smores by the fire. We can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay. Location was perfect! We loved sitting by the water. So peaceful :) Staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful. This booking was a win. Highly recommend!

Great stay and I will come back. The brook near the hotel is such a peaceful place to spend time. My family enjoyed the smores that they have in the evening.. making it at fire pits outside was a nice way to end your day… great location… so many options for lunch and dinner..

Hotel room is what you expect from the photos. It was clean, no odd smell at all. Had enough space to put all our things. We didn't go to Estes Park to stay in the room all day. Best stay!

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The shower was hot and had great pressure.

Breakfast was nice and about what i was expecting without a full kitchen facility. Not enough outlets or modern USB ports to charge devices or use our own electronics.

Location is perfect. It's at the end of Main street. Walking distance to shops, restaurants. Free shuttle also stops the corner. We've stayed here a few time before due to the location plus with the river running in front of the building, it's a nice area to hang out. They have redone the front area with more sitting, fire pits and love seats in front of the river to relax and hang out with friends and family. Our room was on 1st floor and didn't like it at all. We requested a 3rd floor room but apparently they didn't have any available. My guess is if you didn't reserve directly from Silver Moon, you are probably assigned to the lower floors. Guests on 2nd floor have heavy feet and there were kids as well so we could hear every thump and step. So annoying! We informed the front desk but their response was they will let the guests know but they can't do anything further as it was not within the quiet times. Obviously, floors are not well sound proofed. Additionally, being on the 1st floor, no privacy since the door entrance are glass with curtains. Can't open curtains to let light in. Fire pit was also in front of the door. Not happy with the 1st floor room at all! We've stayed here 3X before and as long as you're on the 3rd floor or their suite rooms on the 2nd floor in the smaller building, it's fine.

Clean rooms, excellent service, great atmosphere with the river passing through the hotel. Provided toiletries could be better. No shower gel, only bar soap.
