Location Very expensive for the room. Air conditioner was broken and they put us in the room anyway.

The location was good. The room was ok. The tub/ shower had a solid ring of grime around it. The walls are paper thin - I could hear a baby in one of the rooms next to us crying ALL night. We would not stay here again.

2. I hung the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door, but housekeeping still aggressively knocked at 10:00 AM demanding to clean.

Booked 4 months ago, showed up waited 2 hours for them to tell us they didn't have a room for us.
-
The room was smelly with flying insects. The hotel just hosted a festival gathering and was in bad shape. The hotel thankfully refunded our deposit and we luckily found other lodging.

For the price of the room you would expect the room to be clean and fully stocked. Room was somewhat clean. Hair ties left on the shower, the shampoo, body wash containers were covered with shampoo. Coffee pot still had coffee in it from previous guest. Nothing was stoced in the rooms. You wanted towels, soap, bath mat, coffee, or coffee supplies you had to go to the front desk and request them.
-
No towels or toilet paper in the room on arrival. Staff failed to notify you need to request room cleaning to get the towels & toilet paper.

Great little place with one major issue. None of the rooms that I could see have blackout curtains on their front windows. With the front walkway exterior lighting shining right thru the windows it’s a wonder that more people haven’t complained.

Don’t stay here!

The property overbooked and did not have a room for me. I had booked the room three months earlier. They then tried to shift us to a “sister” property that did not have a record of us and took two hours for the manager to show up. That property was no where near as nice as the original and the room they put us in had two dirty towels in it from a prior occupant and smelled bad. Fed up I spent the next two hours booking another hotel. Overall half a day of vacation lost and horrendous staff experience.

The location was nice and convenient. The common areas were nice and enjoyable. The rooms need more updating. the toilet was not attached to the floor. The windows were full of dirt.

The lobby area is nice, and there’s an on-site restaurant. Although the food was somewhat bland, the service was excellent. We had an issue with our AC unit, which couldn't be turned off, making the room quite cold; however, management offered us a credit for the inconvenience. The rooms were renovated and decent, but I don't think they are worth the nightly price.

It Not all rooms have it and sometimes it doesn’t work Second Lots of repairs needed inside and out. Lots of things are half done right ie weather stripping on the doors Shards not covering the whole window so you can peak in Stairs case falling apart Concrete rotted out It’s obvious to me they try hard but have no true understanding of maintenance and or how to repair Amateur at best Staff was nice

Internet did not work for two nights due to a power outage but on third night stated working and was great. No TV for the first two days since it was connected to the internet. Had to go outside or to the lobby to use the internet. There was a heat pump, not your typical AC/heater which was an adjustment. Outside of room there was a large, open garbage can that was not bear and other animal proof which got very full each day. Really odd with the type of wildlife in the area. Coffee in room was good and smores at night were a nice touch.

Pictures made it look much nicer. Was not the cleanest Bathroom was dirty in spots and bedding was not comfortable.

Staff were nice location spot on and loved the heated pool although some sun umbrellas would have been appreciated. The hotel itself is dated and a bit shabby reminiscent of a cheap roadside motel. Expensive for what it is but I guess you are paying for the location!

The room smelled funny and the A/C did not work. Restaurant staff were awesome

The lodge was very nice. The dinning and bar area was a plus, along with the outdoor area. Staff was all very nice and helpful. Only downside was the bathroom.
